Came to drive through tonight and no one was in attendance. Looked deserted. Sign on window says drive through open, website says open until midnight. It’s only 9:00 P.M. Not sure what’s happening but there was no explanation sign or any indication of them being out of service. Very disappointed that I couldn’t get dinner from them tonight and has to go somewhere else. When we drove past again there was one person in there helping customers that came after us.
Great location and never a long wait. Food is fresh.

Unbelievable, I bought a 'Best Burger Ever' two hours ago because the picture had 2 patties in the burger. I get home and it has 1 patty! What a joke $8.99 for what seemed like a normal cheeseburger. Beware!
I love the food here definitely the least greasy of fast food places although they don't always grt my order 100 percent correct wich is annoying.
My Grandma took my son to get a burger and she asked 3x for a burger with nothing on it. After waiting over 10mins in line, they handed her the bag and she pulled up. The burger was not even warm it was certainly not plain like she had asked. She didn't want to spend 10 more mins in line. She is in her 80s and couldn't get out to walk it in. So she called a few times after getting home, nobody answered. The machine was full and can't take messages. Not great customer service. She said she will not be going back and shes been taking kids there since the 60s when they had rollerskates in Toronto. You lost a valued customer.
A&W always delivers with hot, fresh and really great tasting food. Stopped in for a 2 Mama Burger combo deal and was not disappointed at this location.Service was timely and friendly. Fries and rings were hot, with the Mama Burgers tasting like you’d made and put them together in your own backyard.I really should look to A&W more often when I get that fast food itch.Keep up the good work.
Pretty decent, sometimes you might have to wait a very long time for your food. A little expensive as well, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Haven't had salt in a while, which is annoying, considering it's been a few weeks.Never had any issues with orders being made wrong. Restaurant a little dirty at times.Lol, looks like two employees who quit without notice are mad that their former coworkers - and managers! - are upset at them. Pathetic if you ask me. :^)
I think this is my favourite fast food chain. This location is always reliable and fast at completing the orders. Staff are very nice and accommodating.
Best place in the north end of Ptbo to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. It was hot, fresh, and super tasty. It also had a really nice appearance, which I don't often see at the other local competitors. And to make things better, they put napkins in the bag! I didn't even have to ask. Nice job a&w.
