Ordered here twice so far and all I can say is I'm blown away with this bubble tea shop. Super convenient for a regular T&T shopper to get some drinks after hauling groceries.The is a huge selection of drinks available and they all looked amazing. The service was quick and the baristas were kind. The drinks I have at other stores is usually filled with sugar, but the one I ordered today (peach tea with boba and coconut) was not too sweet. Boba and coconut was chewy, tasted overall fresh. And the cup is also sturdy, cute, and reuseable! :D100/10 would come back for more. Also would recommended to those who want to get bubble tea with fresher fragrance and a good balance of sugar.
I ordered some tea for me and my roommate on Uber Eats. The tea came quickly and was delicious. There was even a lovely message written on the bag, and 2 fortune cookies inside. You can tell that there is a lot of care and consideration put into making your order. I will be getting tea from them again in the future.
Tea flavours are really good. Plus they have great reusable cups for travel/delivery.
Really creamy Brown sugar bubble tea. The pearls are excellent! The cup is high quality and so reusable.Fast service. However it is much pricier than competitors.
My wife loves their brown sugar tea! No where else will do. Highly recommend this place to lovers of bubble tea!
We ordered a signature bubble tea and a wintermelon tea. The wintermelon tea was decent, but was a tad bland compared to what I'm used to. The signature bubble tea was good, but also lacked flavour. It's definitely something that I'd probably grab on the way out of T&T (which is what happened this time around), but I probably won't make a dedicated trip out to get it.
Amazing if they get your order correct. Extremely high quality and they don't lack in customer service. You get good quality cups for your drink and the place is really nice. Unfortunately some staff don't speak English very well and get your order very wrong .
Great bubble tea shop, really liked their chewy tapioca pearls. It is inside the T&T grocery store.
Even though the team was only 2 persons during a rush, the cashier was so nice and was apologetic when he was not able to take my order in time. Besides the sweet service, I am in love with the the bubble tea! I want this in Montreal!!! It wasn’t too sweet and the boba was chewy! My dad loved the strawberry cheese bbt and he is not a bbt guy! This is a gem :)
Very friendly staff and one of the best bubble teas I’ve had in Ottawa. Ordered the cheese strawberry slush and it came with a big serving of cheese and fresh strawberries. I ordered this because I’ve had a similar drink at a few places in the city - this one was by far the best. They also have popping boba which most shops in Ottawa do not have. Highly recommend and will come back to try more teas.
