not sure what's been happening at this location but my passed 2 orders weren't good at all. Last time half the topping were missing on the burgers (like pickle and onion of dave's cheeseburger) and today i ordered my drink was missing and the poutine had barely any fries it felt like a rip off. Obviously more care needs to go into uber orders, the driver is there waiting for 20 minutes how are the orders this rushed and missing items and the food isn't prepared well, not sure if the employees are being trained properly or supervised in order to ensure food quality. Love wendys but i wont be ordering from this location again.
I don't go here a lot because I don't like to eat tons of fast food. I've never had any issues though, the milkshakes are really good in the summer after a nice spicy chicken burger. Good for a quick treat.
Wendy’s NEW breakfast lineup is outstanding. I heard all about the craze and needed to check it out myself. And WOW, it is outstanding. The sausage and egg on a croissant was so good. It might be the added Mayo they put but it is at the top of my list for fast food breakfasts. If you get a chance to try it out I will tell you that you will not be disappointed.The mocchicino that the serve was alright in the other hand. Just no flavour for me. It lacked the coffee element that I was hoping for.All in all though this was an A+ in my books for breakfast. We did drive thru and they were fast and courteous. Great experience
Wendy's is overpriced trash and their hamburgers have disgusting corners poking out of them because Wendy was one of those really dumb kids who thought square pegs go in the round hole.The chilli is fantastic - if you put cheese in it it is even more so.There is a bank right beside this location which is good because you probably don't have enough cash on you to afford their "value" meals.
After having gone on occasion to this Wendy's for almost 8 years, and previously being quite pleased with the speed, service and food quality, I am disappointed to say that recently weekend service has slowed to a crawl. This past Sunday (June 19, 2022) I decided to go for some frosties. The lineup in the drive-thru was quite backed up so decided to go inside. The manager and cash attendant showed no urgency in fulfilling orders at the drive-thru nor at the counter. I think I waited 15 minutes for two chocolate frosties and a lemonade.
The worst of the worst...u stand inline while over 10people seemingly working..eventually u order then u get forgotten again. No insult but this wendys z garbage
My family and I went to this restaurant after a long flight. We were greeted by a young man who took our orders nicely and efficiently. No complaints till a man came in and was acting very rude towards the worker. The worker was at least 17 years old and apologize for mixing up the man's order. When he gave the proper order to the man, he recieved sass and more rude comments. The employee handled it very calmly and went to the back to leave when the man began walking away. The place was very short staffed and after the one employee left and his supervisor went to talk to the man, there was one person left at the drive through. This poor person got yelled at from a customer who was seated and demanded he go to the cash and put her food order in before the people who ordered before her.
Food was picture perfect, drive through was quick, man taking the order was very nice, all around 5*
Literal kids run this place. I went at 9pm and it took 10 minutes to get my order taken because a random person was behind the counter trying to punch in his discount code or something. ooHHH KAY update! Went back here 6 days later and we waited in line for 10 minutes with no order being taken. The person taking orders just walked away and started making fries and like 4 other employees walked by just stating at us. So we left.
Always juicy, excellent burgers and fries. The soda fountain is one of the best I have yet seen in Canada, I would go in there just for that alone. Adequately helpful, friendly service.
