Second time here. Food has been delicious with good presentation. Servers very solicitous at start but took quite a while to get check. Place was busy and staff were hustling. Prices fair. All four of us have been to Italy and judged the food here very good.
We had a nice time here, beautiful place but the music was too loud and also I had the salmon pizza was disgusting the mix between sauce with dill combined with the tomatoes and smoked salmon and on top spinach just a bunch of spinach ..I didn’t like it at all..also the pizza is for a single person a small one which for the price does not fit :)Also the crust wasn’t really Italian as issupposed to be !Maybe this place is not for pizza for sureMy husband had pasta and he liked it ! So go for pasta not for pizza here ! Enjoy !

The service here was excellent, all the staff were really friendly which gave the place a nice atmosphere. The food was amazing, we both said it was one of the best Italian meals we've had. We ordered the cheesecake for dessert which had been made perfectly! Also had parking on site which was really useful for us. Definitely worth visiting!

I took my daughter to VIttoria Trattoria for her birthday dinner, where we were thoroughly spoiled. Our waiter was conscientious and very polite, but never intrusive. The busboy kept our water glasses full at all times, even after we had finished our meal. The atmosphere at the time we went (5 p.m.) was pleasant and low-key. I had a view of the very impressive wine display on the wall, and we were seated in a quiet area by the window. When my daughter and I ordered our starters, the waiter was very accommodating and asked if we would like to share. We jumped at the chance, so she got to try my shrimp Sambuca and I got a share of her Caprese salad. The shrimp Sambuca was delightful, with a light, flaky puff pastry centre and a sweet sauce that complemented the juicy tiger shrimp. We received a generous portion of Caprese salad bursting with ripe flavour, and the mouth-watering balsamic reduction was a perfect match for the bocconcini. The same marvellous balsamic vinegar mixed with high quality olive oil was available as a dip for the tasty hot bread. My only regret is that we only got three pieces; it would have been nice to have two each. The service was unhurried, but we didn't have to wait to receive our main courses. We both chose pasta. I ordered the fettucine pescatore, which had a delicate red wine, garlic and red pepper sauce that perfectly set off the generous helping of shrimp, mussels, and scallops over homemade pasta. My daughter generously gave me a taste of her delightful smoked salmon fettucine with an unusual limoncella sauce. To my sorrow, we were both too full for dessert; we've decided that we'll have to go back and save some room next time. Since I dine out quite rarely, this is a high compliment.

Delicious food and excellent service... well-deserved 5 stars! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. We were taken care of by Frédéric, who presented as professional and knowledgeable (and with humour) - made for an excellent dining experience. Portions were appropriate, and we felt we received good value for our money. Thank you for being open for business... we'll be back!

Don’t expect accommodations if you have a dietary need. I am lactose intolerant and placed a take-out order and received a Caesar salad, that they reassured me they could do dairy free and gave me plain dry Romain lettuce with a few croutons! That's it....no dressing at all! I even gave them my phone number if there was any issues with accommodating my dietary need. But never received any phone call to inform me that my Caesar salad could not be done dairy free. I would’ve happily passed out paying full price for this item! ? The portions for both meals were extremely small! Kid size portions! “Was” our favourite place to eat when visiting Ottawa but is definitely the bottom of the list for us and we will never return.
