I ordered 2 chicken biriyani for take away and kind of frustrated after tasting the food in home. can't definitely call it as biriyani. Looks like with some left over chicken curry they have mixed with rice and packed it. and coming to the rice they didn't even mind to put biriyani(Bastmati) rice rather it's half cooked motta rice. I did not receive any proper response when I called them. ** Not Recommended**
Ordered from the Hakka menu but was completely disappointed by the outcome of the dishes ordered.I ordered the fried rice, chilli chicken and tandoori chicken, all 3 dishes being stale and tasteless with no effort made in cooking them even to an average level.The portion size for the chilli chicken was horrible, 3 pieces of chicken in very little sauce. Order here if you want to buy extremely over expensive Indian/Hakka cuisine with no taste whatsoever, would avoid!
We have been going here since it opened a few years ago - best Indian food in town, reasonably priced and they are increasingly using reusable, recyclable and compostable take-out containers. Large selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Highly recommended!

I ordered chicken hakka noodles and chili chicken for takeout and picked up on my way home from work. After I got home, opened the package and noticed I received vegetable hakka noodles despite paying for the chicken option. Immediately tried calling to try and rectify the issue however nobody answered. I then dropped an email which to this day remains unanswered. Terrible customer service to say the least.As for the food itself, the Hakka noodles were beyond awful. As an Indian myself, calling these noodles Hakka is an insult. It’s almost like the people inside have never had Hakka noodles and were just winging it off the top of their heads. The noodles were dripping in vinegar and at one point all I could taste was vinegar. If you’re looking for Hakka noodles, look elsewhere. These will NOT satiate your cravings.The chili chicken on the other hand was not too bad albeit a little too salty for my taste. The chicken was reasonably moist and the flavors were average at best.Overall, I would strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. This was the first and definitely last time I am going to be visiting this place.
" I would not recommend this restaurant" We have been going to this restaurant from the day it opened, it completely slowing down their consistency and taste. I ordered potato naanwich, garlic naan, chilli chicken, panner makhni. Naan taste like too much fermented, poatato naanwoch taste turmeric flavour worst taste ever..few days back ordered chicken noodles, received veggi noodles. We drove all the way 50 km to get the food and if it tastes like hell when we are hungry..whats the point of your business other than just making money.. .your making people suffer who are in hungry thats insane..once aloo tikki chat without extra tamarind sauce and no dahi.. they charged $5 extra for it..i can buy a bottle for same price.. It happens once in a while no one is perfect..but not every time bad experience..try chat or aloo tikiii..thats atleast have some flavour

The picture shown on this website is deceiving. The food has way too much oil. Indian food is not about so much oil but at this place everything has too much oil oozing… a perfect recipe for artries blockage…heart attack.
WORST FOOD EVER...ordered amritsari kulche with chana masala...Received carrot and cauliflower stuffed kulche with no butter....When enquired about the kulche, the lady at the front desk told very confidently that "oh you have not tried amritsari kulche with vegetable stuffing? " She acted oversmart and tried befooling me with her words. Asked for butter and she said sorry abt that...Moreover, the back of kulche was full of clay. Who would like to eat amritsari kulche with veg stuffing , no butter and clay pieces. Experience was highly pathetic. Dont ever recommend to try it.
Excellent food, great service! Definitely a gem to discover in Elmvale! Definitely recommend!
