Great experience on a busy Friday evening. My boyfriend and I decided to have a night on the town and really enjoyed food and drink at Trio. We shared the grilled lamb tacos and quesadillas. Both very good but the tacos in particular blew out socks off. We both had Pisco sours to drink, delicious. The staff were very personable and the vibe was perfect for a Friday night - lively and fun.
Went in for a quick bite and was greatly surprised by the level of food served. Poutine will never be the same for me after eating theirs. Food was delicious.
this place is a hidden gem with some interesting dishes, and the only place with a vegetarian poutine, that you might like more than a traditional one (dont roll your eyes lol) I'm a meat eater, and it's a cool dish. The place is a cool vibe, it was a cool night out.... highly recommend.
Nice to see Trio full tonight. The small plates were delicious (pulled pork tacos, quesadillas, shrimp toast, lamb tacos), cocktails were amazing and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I love this place. It never disappoints. Whenever I’m given the choice of where to go with a friend, I introduce them to Trio. It has won me many brownie and foodie credibility points. The crispy new potatoes are out of this world. I catch myself craving them frequently (yes over chips and French fries).
The food, staff, cocktails and ambiance from the Doozy candles, made my visit quite enjoyable.
My love affair with Trio Lounge began under the summer moon in 2021. Since then, I’ve returned close to a dozen times and not once have I been disappointed! ? The menu, service, ambience and food are positively sumptuous. Every flavour is curated with love! This is a great spot for sharing sips and nibbles with the ones you love - you can taste it! The intimate atmosphere really enables a closeness to both your company and the food. The playlist is alway incredible and the local artwork (for sale on the walls) is always so beautiful and interesting. ✨ I love that the seasonal menu honour freshness and quality ingredients - everytime I return, there is always something new to try! One of my favourite starters is the Adventure Board - it is great for sharing! It usually comes with a mix of the freshest flavours and elevated offerings of preserves, nuts, grains, cheese and more. The sweet and crunchy gherkins, perfectly pickled red onions, mixed olives, roasted tamari almonds, divinely smooth hummus and perfectly crispy crostini are just some of my favourites! On my most recent visit, I was surprised and delighted by the addition of crispy and delicious breaded okra tenders with a bright and creamy lemon garlic aoIli. It was sooo good! ? There is always something for everyone to enjoy! The cocktails are equally sublime - the Pink Lemonade is a fizzy, grapefruity delight! I love my visits to Trio - I leave feeling so happy and full!!
We have eaten here probably about 10 times over the last 5 years and it is always good. I love small shared plates and I rarely have had a dish that disappoints. My favourite go to is the crispy new potatoes! They are topped with green onion and accompanied with two kinds of mayos for dipping. We recently had the fish tacos too which were delicious - spicy, sweet and so crunchy even though it was takeout. Pulled pork sliders were also a win - juicy and accompanied by apple slaw. The shrimp skewer was good but a bit smaller than I expected. Overall, great food and a go to for good quality and delicious small plates.
