It's a Tim's. The kiosk menu items were quite out of date. Service was fine
Waited 20 min for a sandwich and they then told me they didn’t have any more impossible burgers.
So happy Tim Hortons is now serving oat milk. Enjoyed the Cinnamon Caramel Oat Latte - a little too sweet but a nice treat (comparable to a French Vanilla). Love their Bagel BELT breakfast sandwich (sub. with sausage) - unfortunately their hash browns are not desirable.
Always good coffee. But the service. Sooooooooo slow sometimes. But that's what it's like at all Tim Hortons it seems that you make you stand in the line for 20 minutes before they come to the cash and then press the button cuz when they press the button there's a timer that starts for the fast food service timer so they can keep up to their quotas but when they don't press the button they can leave you stand in there for 20 minutes a half an hour even an hour and you don't affect their ratings I've noticed that a lot with the fast food industries since the covid even before that but it's got especially worse since you know everybody's trying to hide from each other
Ordered a Cappuccino, waited for more than 10 mins in Drive-thru and all I got is the freaking cold coffee! Their entire staff at the Drive-thru needs replacement. Very annoying experience.
It happens frequently that I pay for things at this location that I don’t receive. When I drive away, the bag is missing items. It’s very annoying. I don’t want to go back and wait in line again because of your mistake. Why take my money if you won’t give me what I ordered? Please pay attention to detail and give people what they pay for.
It's a Tim Hortons. It's the same as most Tim Hortons across Canada. I've always based my choice of Tim Hortons by "The closest one to work", but if this review helps you pick a Tims, good on ya.I gave it 4/5 because of the Justin Bieber merchandise.
It took about 10 minutes to get 3 cup of coffee inspite of having 6 staff behind the counter. Couple of staff were socializing. Seemed not bothered by customers. I paid for large cup of coffee and staff was filling medium cup. Upon my bringing her to attention, she filled it in large cups. Very unprofessional and un attentive staff.
I will literally drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to ANY OTHER coffee drive thru because that is faster than going to this tim hortons.
Used Tim App to order ahead on the way home. Quick detour into the Drivethru, then on my way again.
