Arguably the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Tiny and inside a gas station, most employees here have no hustle and take way to long to even make a simple double double. It appears rather clean and tidy and those are really the only redeeming qualities.
Stalest donuts we've ever had at a Tim Hortons.
Honestly most staff are great. Yes it can be slow but ive always been serviced with a smile and i appreciate that. I would give a 4 star. The reason its a one star for me... The manager!! I believe his name is Richard.I ordered an icecap made with milk. When k got to the window, i could clearly see it was not made with milk. Actually not a super big deal. When i mentioned it he just looked at me and gave me the machine. I gave it back. (Dont ignore me. Thats not ok ) BUT when i said it again, he turned into the hulk. I mean he yelled so loud, took the ice cap and threw it at the wall.I was shocked !! All the employees just stood there looking scared.I had my daughter so i chose my words carefully. She was scared. I jist told the man that aggressive behavior like that is not acceptable any where.I understand maybe he is stressed, needs a life break but in all honestly that situation gave me anxiety the entire day. Also i dont think my daughter should of been exposed to that.
They only care about the drive thru.
This is the closest tim Hortons near my house, me & my husband come here several times a day. Everyone is very kind but unfortunately no hot heals at this location which sucks a bit, sometimes the service is slow but my main reason for not giving a 5 star is due to the manager. I’ve never seen such a stingy manager. One day I ordered my coffee & upon arriving to pay I realized I didn’t have my wallet. Even though I go 2 to 3 times a day the manager refused to give me the coffee. Maybe the owner is beyond cheap so it falls on management but this is very stupid business practice, especially for regular customers. The other day my card wouldn’t work, the machine kept glitching so the employee told me to keep the coffee & the manager told him off right in front of me, we’re not a charity. I’ve never seen this before ppl willing to loose business over a few dollars.
Coffee is always hot and fresh. Service was quick and polite.
What I love most at Tim is their apple fritter, sandwiches, peach thirst quencher, and iced cappuccino.
never fresh, Uber orders are never right slow service.
It’s ok, the tea tastes like soap for some reason, there were 2 wasps inside where the food is so was pretty grossed out. Other than that great service.
The coffee was great and the drive through was fast, but the service lacked human emotion and instead seemed to be robotic.
