This place is a joke, says 24hrs and is closed at 12:34 am. Theres 5 staff inside but are closed. There staff should be fired. Drove from far after reading its open 24 hrs just to find them chilling inside and responding to customers.
It was filthy Tables not cleaned.Floor covered in spills and garbage. Poor service.Our pre-ordered take out order was late and inaccurate. Had to take what they had ready as our event was starting in 15 mins
Please don't serve at night if you cant fulfil orders properly, bad taste bagels and cold steep tea and no customers at all. Poor service. Not fresh food at night. Staff also does not seems to be happy working at night. 0 Stars.

We went to this Tims this morning, after having no power all night for a coffee. I want to commend the staff working on their upbeat, positive attitudes. They were smiling and happy despite there being a major power outage, extremely long lines and a ton of customers. They apologized for the long wait times, which were not long at all considering all the circumstances they had to overcome. A job well done.
Surprised my girls with a treat from here. Staff was friendly and courteous. Very helpful with accommodations with my wheelchair
Frequently makes mistakes on how much things are often charging more than vthe product is ( machine malfunction perhaps?) Either way needs fixing

The guy who was serving on drive through on Tuesday morning ,January 25 ,was so rude,because my visa did not go through when I taped it then he started ask me to do insert and I was saying I don’t remember the code,so here started his investigation by asking me why u don’t know your code and what number u put when u go the bank and why u don’t remember it,I said why I have to go to the bank ? I don’t go,I do everything online,he made me feeling that I’m a thief,stealing the card and coming to Tim hortons to use the card than asked me to give him the coffee cup back in a rude way.
You guys need to either add your sandwiches to doordash, or allow Visa debt card payments on your Tim's app for delivery. I'm trying to give you my money and you won't let me!
