Usually very quick, but if it gets busy. It feels like being stuck in traffic. This is no one's fault , it's just the way it is.

A friend told me that the manager at the Tim Hortons at 330 Queen Street said business is the busiest it's been in two years since the truckers arrived. Would love to know if this statement is true.
This is the worst Tim Hortons. They are rude and unprofessional. Every time the send an order they don’t send correct items. Always missing items.Try checking what’s ordered and making sure it’s in the bag. A little curtesy goes along way.
What a great place. In the middle of the downtown core and the truckers convoy. You are amazing. You open your restroom to everyone and you put 0 restrictions on masks and the amount of people in your place allowing people to warm up while getting their coffees and treats. Good for you and thank you for being human during this insanity they call pandemic.

You took us into the back got us warm water, a towel and a free donut in order to calm her and warm her feet. You allowed her to sit as long as she needed and the entire team was so cheerful and friendly towards all the customers. Thank you and you have our support!
Supports trucker convoy, which fine, except they won’t let people sit in their store if they are not part of the convoy. They also do not follow proper mask and capacity restrictions.

I have ordered 2 egg and cheese farmers wrap for 5$ as an offer. Egg and cheese farmers wrap contains egg, hash brown and cheese. There are no hash browns in the wrap. And this is the second time the same thing happened with me. I don’t have time to go back there and tell them every time to check what they are making. This isn’t professional, by the weight of the wrap itself says there is something missing inside.
Meh… decent service food was hot my order was correct too. My only complaints is the lack of compassion the staff have and cleanliness of the tables. Besides it though it’s just your average timmies so it was decent.
