There were many flies in the store, on the donuts and bagels... Why does this timmies not have a fly zapper? At least the food tastes good...sometimes

Hash browns are hard like wood,Whole wheat bun is like old,My Coffee was coldSo ??????

They sadly Do not have smoothies on their menu.

most of their staffs(especially a short female untie) are just incompetent yes I mean even their Manager. i brought with my own reusable cup and ordered a drink and wanna save 10 cent and i fully understood maybe they didn't can see their advertising from their side so I took the photo and told them like "my drink is 3. 99 Canadian dollar and i have my own cup so it should be like 3. 89 or something" but what i got is a drink with refill

very upset with the staff at this location. The always make the wrong order they.charge for.mayo on side the staff are so rude when ppl complains if this continues I will take my business somewhere else. tired of this

The personnel was kind enough but unfortunately the place was so dirty. The tables and floors were gross. Some seating areas were still closed compared to other Tim Hotsons stores. Employees don't care much about the place. This place should just be take-out.

Great service based on the fact that they were being ambushed with orders not only from store customers but delivery services as well. Making best of the situation and very kind and attentive!

They never get food orders correct, even the simplest menu items.

Horrible customer service , the short girl is so rude and talks about policies which doesn’t even exist . Never coming back ! Tim hortons head office please send a personalized copy of company policy directly to her , so she can do her job n give people some peace of mind

The only Tim Horton's where I have genuinely felt unsafe (and I am an adult male). On three separate Saturday mornings, I witnessed incidents which had the potential for violence. On the first occasion, two men started berating customers, including myself, because we had supposedly lined up in the wrong place. OK, not a big deal in the city. Then another time, a guy started yelling vicious insults at the staff. He was highly aggressive and said he was coming back later, 'to get them all fired.' The last straw came when two guys started threatening each other over a place in line. One then turned to walk out saying that he was coming back, 'with a weapon.' Luckily, I had my order at this point, but even without it, I would have left. A number of people simply walked out without their orders. The staff (who were super nice) seemed totally unphased by all of this, like it was just a regular Saturday morning. I walked by about twenty minutes later and everything seemed normal, so the police clearly had not been called. Never again for this Tim's; as far as I'm concerned, it's a no-go zone.
