Ordered take-out, was told 25 minutes and they'd call. 40 minutes later, I go back to check on my order. It's delayed, ten more minutes and they'll call. 20 minutes later I go back in. My order is ready, has been for a while, no one called. Go home, found they forgot all the sauces I ordered. Got a coupon for free onion rings with my next purchase for the wait. The food was pretty good though.

Seriously The best service I've ever received in a restaurant. Staff was super knowledgeable about the food menu and drinks and was super friendly.Food wS fantastic and had options for everyone of my friends different tastes or dietary needs. The atmosphere was amazing. If I could rate this place any higher I would! It was the best restaurant experience I've had in forever!Simply fantastic and well worth it to spend your money here! Excellent service!!!

We think we went on an off day (Sunday) . I ordered the Tragically maple and I was disappointed. The bacon was very over cooked that it would break off. They use what seems to be hickory sticks. It doesn't taste like bacon sticks at all. Plus they didn't use arugula and used lettuce instead. My daughter had the same burger she had 4 nights before and hers was also different. Again no arugula. Disappointed ?
WOW! The Works has the best burgers in the NCR! We celebrated my sister's birthday there on February 7th and I was able to hang up a banner for her with the help of some staff members. The menu is fun to read and there's so much to pick from because it all looks so gooood! We were happy to have Lisa as our waitress and she was so engaging and all enjoyed chatting with her. All our orders were perfect and honestly, skip lunch if you are planning to have dinner, the portions are huge!Thank you to the cooks, to our waitress Lisa and everyone working there. So happy that we can go out again! We'll be back!
I ordered the Ceasar Cluck'n salad yesterday for $20.00 on Uber Eats. There was no meat just Romaine lettuce ,bacon and croutons the container was barely half full. What a waste of money!!!
