As expensive as always, just not as good as it used to be. Our burgers were extremely overcooked and dry. The options have been drastically reduced. No more Fitzroy brisket. Very disappointed.

We have eaten here a few time now and like it.They have good food and great service, the restaurant has always been clean whenever we have gone to this location and the staff always helpful.. the food typically always arrives in a decent amount of time but with enough time to enjoy an entree between your main course/meal.. and dessert if you so choose.The washrooms have always been clean when we have gone. We have only encountered an issue one time and the staff very apologetically and quickly resolved our issue with a smile..Overall a great location and place to eat..
Great experience with take out and always a fantastic experience when we dine in.I haven’t been here in 9 years and gotta say, they have only gotten better so we’ve come multiple times now. Music selection is awesome rock music / classic rock and food quality has been consistent.It is amazing the different options they have for food intolerances and plant based diets.Will keep coming back!
I love the burgers here but my favorite things were the wrecking balls. I was so disappointed that like all corporate entities do they changed their menu and my favorite apps have not made it to the new menu. The above rating was based on great service and my general love for this restaurant. It’s unfortunate that I now need to find a new favorite and learn to make Wrecking balls at home.
I had an amazing experience. The place has an awesome atmosphere. The vibe is soo cool. The customer service was fantastic. They listen and paid attention. The best customer service I have had so far. I order the Gettin’ piggy with it burger and my fiend ordered the impossible sexy burger. It was beyond our expectations. The server checked-in on us several times to make sure we are doing okay or need anything more.Salut to chefs and staff.
Excellent burgers!! And great location for bridlewood. Always extremely busy so make a reservation! Even pickup orders are very busy on the weekend!
We loved the burgers at this place. The tower of Onion rings is also great very crunchy and not greasy. The dipping sauces are also very good.
The Works in Kanata never fails to provide our family with a delicious meal. Even on our last order where they put a regular bun on a burger when a vegan one was requested…they immediately sent us a coupon for a free burger. Thank you Works!
