The Tragically Maple with Spicy Die Cut Chips, and a Tom Green with a side of Cukes and Celery … A! MAY! ZING!!!!! By the time we got it home, put the groceries away and everything else, the food was cooked to room temperature, BUT SO GOOD! I can’t even imagine what it would be like dining in! The Beechhouse Sauce is so good … I could eat that all day long. Is the food pricey? Maybe, if you’re looking for drive through prices. But so worth it! The buns (we had the sesame multi grain) was soft with a nice chew, and didn’t fall apart at all. Not even at the last two bites!!! We brought the menu home so we can plan our next visit ?

The worst experience I ever had in my life anywhere under the sun!The so called "regional general manager" -that's how she likes to call herself- has attitude issues. She yelled at me in front of my kids accusing me of lying when I realized that she's not worth talking to and decided to send the kids and wife to the car. As I was bucking my kids up, I found that I forgot the receipt on the table. After a horrible service, wrong order, long waits and an attempt to cheat the bill. She waited for me at the door on my way out when I went back for my receipt and pulled the receipt aggressively from my hand and she ran inside, then in front of all guests started yelling when I asked her to give me back the receipt. She threatened me of calling the police and when she knew that this is my wish she started threatening me of getting in deep trouble and being banned from entering this 'facility'. Despite that she has no control over what I do and where I go a sane person would never come back after such experience. When I insisted on getting my receipt she tried to fool me by printing random receipts, until and after several attempts she had to print the receipt and give it to me. According to her, the resturant is full of cameras and the incident was recorded, let's see if she can pull these recordings out and prove me wrong :DI am not sure what's the reason behind this attitude, it definitely doesn't belong to our Canadian values. This place is doomed after it was one of my favourite burger joints in town. Horrible!EDIT: There are plenty of reviews that describe the manager attitude of this location, happy reading everyone :-)

My husband and I went to dinner. Myself being on a diet thought it would be great to go to The Works because you can sub things to make it keto friendly. Our experience was horrible and I don't know if we'd bother trying to go back? The entrance was packed with people and we waited a bit until a waitress could come to the front but once she did we were able to get to a table right away. The dining experince was horrible though. We waited over an hour for our food, and it was 40 minutes before a waitress even came over to apologize for the wait. It then took another half an hour for the food to get to us. The quality of food wasn't even that good and ontop of we didn't even finish our entire meals. We sat down first and the couple that came in after my husband and I managed to eat, get a doggy bag, pay, and finish up before we even finished our meals. We ordered two identical burgers with a lettuce bun. Our sides were a salad and broccoli. The broccoli is supposed to be steamed and it was served raw. We were about to walk out when the food finally arrived to the table. It was a highly disappointing experience. I understand with the pandemic a lot of people do online orders now, but when you put those orders before your dine in customers it is very problematic.

Stopped in as my daughter wanted a burger and something a bit healthier then McD’s. We waited 35 mins to get our burgers and fries, which were at most warm and in no time cold. My expectations with a higher end burger shop when I dine in, is a hot grilled burgers and fries. I gave it a 1 star as the server was very pleasant. I advised her of the issues in which she tried her best to deal with the issue, and advised the kitchen. I asked for a manager, but non was present. She credited our shakes and provided us with a buy one - get one free burger coupon. We did not take the coupon, as I have no interest in bringing my family to a higher priced burger restaurant for cold food. With all the great burger places around to choose from - burgers and shakes, 5 Guys Burgers, etc. They will really have to make somechanges. My daughter said, we should of just went to McDonalds. Sad.

My poor die-cut chips were all overcooked and old :( or maybe the vat oil needs to be changed? The burger was tasty though

Fantastic burgers! The menu is hillarious, and the atmosphere is very steam punk. The drinks sides were fantastic.Bite Burger has the better patty/beef, but The Works has the better toppings and overall flavoring.

Worst experience ever, ordering pick up and it takes over an hour. We arrive on time (as per the email) and it's still cooking, a burger does not take an hour to cook and assemble and no one was apologetic, rather the exact opposite and you expect better when getting 2 burgers for $50.

Good place for a burger. Onion rings with the hotter than hell sauce are a standout!Take out / delivery needs work. Food took about 1.5 hours to be delivered ~10 minutes away. Was delivered a little cold as a result.

Always enjoy a good meal here. Food is good. The shakes are thick and large

Mediocre would be a good description of this place & food. :(Wanted a treat, called in an order for two burgers at 6:30pm, was told 30min. I gave it 45min. Arrived, was told to wait around in the smelly restaurant - you guys should REALLY change the cooking oil in the deep fryer much sooner. Having worked in restaurants for years, i knew the fries will be a big disappointment due to the overused oil.Whatever, 20mins pass, got my food at ~7:25pm. Drove home, 5mins away. Burger was alright. The fries were oily and smelly, you can see excess oil all over the takeout box.It seems that your mileage may vary with this place, based on the reviews.
