Had the most amazing lunch at Works today! They have a huge menu selection and you can pick the patty, toppings, buns and sides of your choice. We had The Hipster and the Getting Piggy with it and both were delicious. Sheri was wonderful too and had great recommendations! ? All in all, a good place for a great meal and some top notch service! Totally recommend checking it out.
i ordered the taste of heaven burger and added lettuce, tomatoes and raw onions. Upon arriving home with our takeout I had to restack my burger because it looked like they just threw everything on without a care. I expect this from mcdonalds but not the works. Very sloppy. Pretty disappointed. Who makes a burger like that?
Made me wait 30min for my pre-ordered takeout, only to find out that at the end of the chaos after everyone else had been served, it was my order that was sitting on their counter the entire time. And the staff laughed about it instead of apologizing, and offered no compensation for this unfresh, cold dinner. Unacceptable. Do better.
I ordered the hipster takeout for dinner tonight. Upon getting home, we see that the onion rings are burnt (tasted charred) and the hipster burger should have more than 3 tiny pieces of oxidized avocado. I order from here all the time but I am very disappointed with my order today.
Seriously needs to work pn being able to turn around the takeout orders. 10 minutes past the pickup time and still not ready. 9 delivery personnel waiting.
You can't go wrong here. The Wrecking Balls are the perfect appetizer.

Not here, not this time. Asked for no sauce or tempeh bacon on the plant burger and got both. My juicy Lucy was lacking in cheese and overcooked. Not juicy at all. As a special treat I got a half of a potato, raw in the middle, with my fries, which were very underseasoned and tasteless.Quality control issues? Oh yes...
I will state the obvious the it's the best burger in town . Tons of options ..there is something for everyone. This location was pretty quiet the few times we went there

Restaurant owners should know that to keep the clientele.Friday night, I placed take out order for 2 burgers and 2 onion ring sides to pick up from The Works Barrheven, OttawaThe burgers were charred on the surface and under-cooked in the middle -- straight down the garbage we dumped them after one biteOnion rings were overdone in rancid overused oil. Straight down the garbage we dumped them.I will never ever go to another Works restaurant. I can buy better burgers with my money than the foul oil and charred-outside-under-cooked-inside thing, the Works at Barrhaven gave us for 44 dollars
