I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The menu has lots of great options. It is a bit pricey for a burger but it’s worth it every once in a while for something different. The atmosphere is good.I ordered takeout. It took about 25 minutes to prepare.

Food was great. As much burgers as fries and everything else. The kids portions were plentiful. My only complaint would be environment-wise, as we were cold while sitting inside the restaurant, as if there was almost no heating... And I'm not just talking about drafts of cold air from time to time from the door being opened.

A person taking the order over the phone was very pleasant and patient. I was very excited about our takeout as I remember going to the same place about a year ago and the food was delicious....To my huge disappointment the food we received this time around was terrible. Everything on the burger was old: meat, veggies, cheese, avocado was dark and stinky...The fries that came with the burger were black and dry even though we were standing there waiting for the order to be finished (can't blame it on the time that passed while we were driving home).I wish I had taken pictures. Me and two of my friends had sick stomach the following day...Save your money and take care of your health --- go elsewhere!!

The Works burgers are great and with a huge variety of choices. I would suggest them update their take away food packaging as during the winter time the food might arrive cold.Update: Because The Works was quick to reply to my review and suggest further clarification, I am updating my review.

Our first time there tonight and overall, it was a good experience and my husband and I will go back. Couple of things, though. It took a long time to get our meals, but we were forewarned that they don't pre-cook burgers so our wait would be at least 20 minutes. It took about 40. My fries were lukewarm so I asked for a fresh batch, which they accommodated in a quick and friendly manner. Here's the good part: the food was delicious. I had a "Hipster" burger - the beef patty was thick and well-cooked but not dry at all. I ordered gravy on the side for my fries and that was very good. Fries were good, too. They serve pop and lemonade in glass 2-cup measuring cups with a straw. Cute, and I enjoyed that. The menu could be re-vamped to make the ordering process clearer. I had to ask the waitress to explain, which she did gladly. Anyway - it's a casual, comfy environment and I do recommend, if you're not in a hurry.

Wow this place is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious. It can be a bit pricey but the servings are huge and everything is fresh. The staff are super friendly. Highly recommend.

You can't go wrong with a burger from The Works. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. Great location and there is a parking lot close by and plenty of on-street parking as well.

Burgers were great ! so many choices and something for everyone and the fries !! OMG the fries were soooo good !! Overall a great meal and great service !

Service was great - and the gave me extra fries to accompany my beer. I would say pass on the Kobe beef through - it wasn't as good as advertised and felt like an upsell.

Just randomly happened to walk in here. One of the best burgers i have ever had! Great quality, great service. Totally recommend
