The trio milk tea was sooo good - pretty much what I had in Taiwan! The location is great, perfect to have some drink here after a trail walk in the Major’s Hill Park!
Follow my food blog on Instagram for restaurant reviews: @mimi.munches! ?.If you're looking for a new bubble tea recommendation to try, I highly recommend my all-time favourite drink at The Alley, their Snow Velvet Peach Matcha drink - not only does it have milk tea, it also has a strong peach taste, which I love! I got it with tapioca pearls here..I'm so happy to find out that the Crunchy Strawberry Milk Tea from their Strawberry Wonderland Series is back on the menu! Out of the 3 drinks in the series, I LOVED this drink the most. This drink had the strongest strawberry taste, was creamy, and the crunchy crisps on top tasted great at the end as they absorbed the strawberry taste..The seating inside is open again, and has great views of the Byward Market/Sussex Drive for people-watching.
I ordered the brown sugar milk tea, they ran out of tapioca but next time i’ll definitely add some. This order isn’t my usual bubble tea order cause I do not like milk but surprisingly it wasn’t that bad. I think I had cornflakes on top so it was nice that they added some texture. From the outside, I thought this was some patriotic hunting typa shop but I was surprised finding out they sold tea lolll
My favourite brown sugar bubble tea in the city. However, they really need to add staff because the wait is LONG. Never seen more than two people working there and there’s always a line. Also there’s no easy way to order before you go in to avoid the wait (unless you want to pay extra $$ on a third party app). So sadly I don’t go as often as I would like and end up picking the competition despite the lower quality.
Unique drink options! This place is soo awesome, and the bubble tea is exciting! They cooked the tapioca perfectly, and the drinks have great flavours.
New obsession, Brown Sugar Deerioca. This milky sweet delicious cup of goodness is from The Alley and although they are a chain in Canada, they are all locally owned. The Alley is located on Sussex dr and they have been open just under a year now. If you are walking around Downtown Ottawa check them out! #supportlocal #ottawafoodiestalker
Absolutely loved it. Best bubble tea I have ever had.
Wow! Excellent bubble tea with great service. Will continue to come back for the sheer quality. Inside is beautiful!
One of the best bubble tea places out there. Only thing I gotta complain about is that they're almost always understaffed but I guess it's also because of the pandemic and they are quite a small location. I still tip though because their employees work hard to keep up with the demand. There's almost always a line when I come here (which I don't really mind and kinda understand- considering the situation) but I guess that's just my luck lol
Delicous milk teas, their classic Derrioca fever are fantastic.Speedy service. Always extremely consistent taste and look. The staff is usually very nice and welcoming.Great place to get your BBT fix.
