The Sushi and food are good quality for a buffet and lots of choices. But the prices are to expensive for anyone under 15 who usually don't eat a lot. I would not recommend this a place to bring your kids if you want value for money.
Best sushi dinner we had in two years. Staffs are great and everyone seems to have a great time.
Shockingly bad service staff.Server tried to charge us extra for 4 pieces of sushi at the end of our dinner. I pointed out that the leftover rolls were falling apart or lacking ingredients and she became incredibly rude and disrespectful. Said we are not welcome anymore and that “she will remember our faces” among other things. Never been treated like that at a restaurant before.Sushi was very subpar as well.I can’t believe this place is still in business. We should’ve read the other reviews before coming.
The food was tasteless. Even the wasabi did not taste like normal wasabi. The rice seemed to have a sugar taste. A real disappointing experience. This restaurant was recommended to us.
We went to the Gloucester branch. Very poor service. We were party of 11, they said we need to wait 45 minutes. After 45 minutes they said since we were over 8 they are going to charge extra 15% and we would have to finish eating in 2 hours. The person at the door had no customer service. Very disappointed, will never go there.

I drove 20 minutes just to find that it's take out only.These days caring about customers is not just about serving quality food or being polite.You could update your info on Google maps so people can plan accordingly.
What you expect in an all you can eat sushi place. Food is generally always fresh and hot! The odd time they're a little slow, but who rushes sushi anyway?? ? ? definitely our go to for sushi dates!
Tried to organize a group event for lunch and we found out that the Google Maps listing is not accurate. As of April 12, 2022, the Bank St location is NOT open for dine-in and is still takeout only. We ended up going to their other location in Gloucester instead.Also note that the menu photos uploaded this month by another user are outdated. I would recommend directly contacting the restaurant for more information and not relying on older reviews or photos.
The quality has certainly improved, I was shocked. I haven’t had ten in over 2 years( last time wasn’t the greatest) but I tried again and ordered sushi and ribs. The sushi/maki/sashimi melted in my mouth, it was so good it felt like butter and I didn’t need so much soy sauce. Everything from the fish to the avocados to salad was super super fresh. Please keep it up!!! , I’m going to become a regular again ??. Thank you for your service
