Although the operator on the phone was good, the service I had overall was terrible. I placed an order on their app, used scene points for $40 worth. Order wouldn't go through and I called, agent confirmed a specific amount with my scene points. When I checked my credit card, they had charged me the full amount without scene points. I called back, requesting a refund, after 40 minutes on the phone, they attempted to negotiate a credit of $10 then $30, they provided a $40. I asked if it was going back on my credit card and when to expect to see the money, oh no no, it's a $40 credit to use towards my "next purchase". I was very disappointed with their service, I really don't want to order from Swiss chalet anymore. Service was extremely slow and was really not satisfied with the outcome.

Meh. Used to be a lot better. Portions small, not same take out menu, everything is extra (like salad dressing, salad didn't come with dressing, when asked they charged for it)..

Excellent service from our server Lida at the Carling Avenue, Fairlawn Centre location. My friend and I both ordered burgers, fries and Lemon pie. Portions were generous and everything was done to our satisfaction.

Got takeout on Easter Sunday. Staff were extremely busy and a bit backed up, but they kept me updated on where my order was at, and offered me a drink while I waited. Great service despite being so busy :)

I live near, st-laurent mall the.Swiss chalet on, Montreal road sucks. So does the,one one ines road.So I drove all,the way to the one on Carling.Went to the entrance,at eleven am when. There door was locked, waited a few minutes. No one opened, the door so I left.Fuel and time, for nothing I know. The food at this, location is great. That's why I, drove all that way. Then the manager, says the door was open.He sent me,a video of someone unlocking the door.It upsets me when, someone call me a liar.So three chalet swiss, restaurants I won't eat at.Are there any others.Stay away from, the three locations.Carling/ ines/ and Montreal road.

The food was really great after reheating. I have ordered delivery many times and have loved the meal I do not understand why the mashed potatoes are always only lukewarm. Today, the soup was the warmest. Would give 4 stars if food would have been warmer and the roll was not missing.

Went to pick up takeout at the Fairlawn Plaza location and was very disappointed. I have come in to eat in many occasions and had a great meal but unfortunately the take out was not the same experience. The fries were cold and suagy, my slice of apple pie was in crumbles and to top it off they forgot to add gravy to our order. I expect better.

I haven't tried Swiss Chalet in a long time but remembered enjoying it in the past. I recently decided to try a festive dinner for take away. Unfortunately, the meal was a disappointment. The chicken was dry and I didn't enjoy it or the sides. The order was also supposed to come with chalet sauce and Lindor truffles but both were missing. However, the order was ready for pickup just after I arrived so service was good.

Ordered takeout online via the app and showed up for when the order was supposed to be ready.Don’t mind a short wait but it took almost 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge a new customer was there to pick up.Two employees came out from the back and behind the cash and another gentleman had to ask if his order was ready. His order was just being brought up and then the two employees went back into the kitchen… and never came back out. Finally a different employee came to the front but asked if a different customer was waiting (weren’t there). I said my name and sure enough the food was already up front and in a takeout bag on the floor. He apologized at least. Also nitpicking here but ordered white meat and ended up with dark.

Two Saturday nights in the last two month we have been unable to order delivery from the Carling Ave location. Google says it's open until 10pm, but the Swiss Chalet website says it's closed.
