Great place for a modest meal. Not at all busy during lunch and the food was quick.
Great take out experience.
Ordered through call centre. Ordered two quarter chicken dinners. There was a take out special and the call centre did not give me the special price. When I went in to pick up, they refused to give me the take out special price. It’s literally what made me order this. Disappointed that this location could not assess the situation and adjust the price to what was advertised.
Pre ordered I got there at the exact time only to sit and wait 20 min at curbside pick up I had to call the restaurant only to find out the curbside wasn't working when you told them online you were there
awful, the worst dinner ever yet.. :( what waste of money, everything smooshed into 1 little box and everything soggy kids fries and no one want 1 hot coleslaw :( or sticky soggy smooshed bun and barely to nothing of meet on the half rack honey garlic ribs. what a joke and a rip off.
Operated like a takeout spot should. Good customer service, received my meal in 10 mins, managed the curbside pickup with two runners, and acknowledged every guest or delivery driver.
Terrible experience. Ordered for pickup at 6:00 pm. Order still not ready at 6:45 pm. No updates, no reason for delay. No discount given. Half of order sitting under heat lamp for 45 minutes. TERRIBLE!!!!!! 1910 Bank Street location.
Ordered takeout.Was so looming forward to e joking my meal. Ordered 1/2 chicken festive special.Went to make my plate and they did not give any sauce. It was very dry , especially with stuffing and the whole meal was totally cold.
Everytime i go there. I get a very bad stomach ache and always need to go to the washroom feeling sick. I dont know what happened there years ago it was great. But now that i go there i always get sick. Dont recommend going there, food quality isn't as it used to be.
DO NOT order anything from this place for delivery! We waited 2 hours and tried calling the restaurant but they don't answer their phone. So we decided to call the help line and found out our order was still in the queue. Their excuse was that this location did not give a "guarantee arrival time"...? We canceled our order immediately and ordered pizza. Horrible experience.
