I always enjoy Swiss Chalet for a delivery. They have one Huge problem!!! Every single time you order online they forget to put something in the order. They really need to double check before sending out the food. Otherwise the food is always good and priced right.
This location deserves new management that takes pride in serving people!PS - throw away all of the leftover Lindor chocolates from Christmas that you're giving away. It's gross.

I was craving Swiss Chalet all day and ventured to this location a second time. Just like my first visit, I was disappointed on my second visit. First off, I was greeted by a hostess that had the attitude of wanting to be anywhere else but at work. She sundered over to me and with no happiness to her at all comes across as if i am bothering her. Next the menu says bottled beer, the waitress brings me a can and says the only have one bottled beer, I said no thank you. I ordered the quarter chicken and rib combo (white meat only), I get my food and the ribs are cold and dried out and my chicken is a leg meal. She offers to bring me a breast on the side, goes to the kitchen and comes back and says they have no white meat left and offers me a second leg. I paid for my milk and left. I am now hungry and disappointed. Stay away from this location!
Below average for the chain. I ordered the chicken pot pit for lunch. The puff party top came out cold and undercooked. It was like trying to cut through soogy cardboard. Sever explained they cook them a day or two ahead. This makes me wonder if the filling is just microwaved? I won't be back to this location.
The crispy chicken meals are just excellent. It’s the crispy chicken you always wanted without the greasy experience. Keep it up, you made me a fan!
Ordered online for a work meeting. With-in an hour they had 10+ meals ready with adjustments. Everything was correct, fresh and tasted good. Really impressed.
I have used the online app a few times. Have never gotten a good meal. I was promised credits and coupons which have been unavailable at the time I ordered and now I have lost about 25 dollars worth of scene points to this location . I asked someone from the app to call and take responsibility for the horrible service I have gotten , nothing . So here you go . Your service stinks
Favorite go to place for eats. We were there tonight actually. Sad that they removed the roast beef from the menu. It was so good! After 36 years of eating there the chicken is getting kinda boring. BRING BACK THE BEEF!! LOL
