Never disappoints! Thanks for this second location. Much easier to access ?. Tastes fresh all the time. And these are definitely the best homemade fresh donuts in all of ottawa!!
Selection is small but the product is pretty good. They have a quick sell window which makes it very quick and easy to order. Not something that I would eat everyday but it is good once and awhile as a treat and something different
Yummy donuts with fun flavours! Some are definitely better than others. Loved the banana pudding and Earl Grey. The others were good but nothing crazy. I like how their dough is so airy and not greasy!

NEVER disappointed when I come here, no matter the time, the donuts are ALWAYS fresh, and they’re always making more. The price is very good for the quality. They have different flavours for everyone to enjoy, and some vegan options for those who are looking for that.
I bought the Black Forest tea latte. I’m sorry but it was gross. There was chunks in my drink and it was cold. I don’t know if it’s because I ordered it 1hr before the store was closing but it really was not good at all. I also bought a coconut & lime donut which wasn’t bad but I got the maple bacon one as well and that was not good either. There was nothing fresh about these donuts.
Its always a great experience when we go to SuzyQ, and especially this location in particular. Their selection of donut flavours is always rotating, so you're able to try new and in season flavours. Plus lately they've been offering grasshopper mochas and hot chocolates. We tried one today and when I tell you it's the best coffee I've ever had! The amount of mint they use is perfect and obviously very high quality! And even though it was a take out order they still presented it to us in a way that showed off how fun it was. We were more than happy to enjoy the piled high whip cream before putting the lid on. Also they offer milk alternatives like oat, almond and soy. Make sure to check out this Ottawa donut shop staple!

On January 15 I stopped by this St. Laurent location, was double-charged, and have been unable to get my money back.I ordered a box of 20 truffles for 10$. There were issues with the debit machine, so I ended up tapping my card twice, but both times the employees told me my card hadn't gone through (I know the person before me was also having issues with the machine). Not wanting to stand around in the cold I grabbed cash from my car and paid that way. A few hours later though I saw in my bank statement that I'd also been charged through my debit (once) for the same transaction. I called the store the same day and explained the situation, and the employee said their manager would issue a refund. When I hadn't received it by Wednesday I stopped by in person, at which time the employee insisted there was no record of the transaction. They called their manager, and both appeared to agree that my bank had placed a "hold" charge and that I would get my money back soon. At that time I was also under the impression that the employee thought I was lying about the details or the transaction, despite me offering to show my bank statement to them. The employee took my number down and said they would call me when the situation was cleared up, but I never heard from them. The following Monday I called my bank, as there was still no refund, and they confirmed that the charge, which had gone through normally from their end, was for a purchase at Suzy Q on January 15. I tried calling the St Laurent location again and the person who picked up redirected my call to another person, but after leaving a voicemail with them I never heard back.At this point I've accepted that I'll never get my money back, and am just writing this as a warning to others to check their bank statements if they encounter a similar debit machine issue at this location (or maybe just don't offer to pay with cash!).
Went here after a friend’s recommendation and now would happily recommend myself to other people! Must try doughnuts of Ottawa city.
