Update your holiday business hours on Google, if not update on your website, or update voicemail or update restaurant telephone greeting with special business hours. Busy tone when we call, they dont pickup their phone when rings. So I drove there, Opening Hours said until 8pm, outside said take out only. But door was locked at 630pm on a Friday. We saw staffs from outside swiping the floor, another staff in back of the restaurant, they noticed us but totally ignore after that. We called few more times to know if they are open for take out or closed for everything, no luck. Have common courtesy to come to door and advise the client.

My friends and I were looking for nearby dinner options after shopping at IKEA and came across Supreme Kabob House as it was within reasonable walking distance. The shami kabob was mouthwatering and the fresh naan on the side was delicious. Prices were also good considering the amount of food. Service was friendly and overall a great experience. We’ll be coming back for sure! ?04/06/22 - the 4 of us stopped by for dinner again. I wanted to try something different this time so I ordered the lamb tikka kabob. It was not that good.. meat was overcooked and tasted hard and dry. Unfortunately the highlight of the meal was the naan. I would still come back but will try another kabob platter next time.
We will never go back to this place ever again! Yesterday we ordered some food and the plan was to take it to the nearby park and eat it outside. I asked for some cutlery and the lady at the cash told me “we don’t have any”. I then asked do you have paper plates she said “no we don’t” I need then asked “can I have an extra container” and she said “we are low on containers, there is a Walmart nearby and go get it from there” - She was very rude!So this is how you treat your customers?You lost a loyal customer!

This restaurant is one of my most favourite restaurants in Ottawa. Consistently high value for the consumer. I have been coming here for 5 yrs and I have ordered the #15 Lamb Tikka 99% of the time. The last time I went I brought 22 people with me and we all loved it.
I drove all the way here from the east end to pick up this feast ! It was my dads request for his birthday meal and I was so glad it was! Him and my mother have eaten there a few times but it was the first time the rest of us tried it.The meats were perfectly cooked; the rice was excellent and the eggplant dish we ordered was fantastic. We also ordered a chicken korma but I can’t speak on that as I didn’t try it - but it was a hit for those who did. I had never had Afghani naan bread before and it makes me wonder why I waited so long!The inside of the restaurant is very casual so don’t expect anything “posh”… but it’s cozy and most importantly the food is not a disappointment.Thank you Supreme Kabob House ! We’ll definitely be back !
All dishes were authentic and delicious. Quarter chicken would be my favorite but all other items were juicy and delicious as well. Nana was so fresh straight from the oven.
Amazing food. The best Tandoori chicken I have had in Ottawa. The prices aren't too bad.
Food was delicious. Except that the vegetarian platter, of which we ordered two, was only rice on one side and ice berg lettuce salad on the other, so quite disappointing. Luckily I had ordered several sides to share with our guests.
