I like HK style snacks and desserts so much that I am really not picky, but this is really so bad. 2 stars only because the cashier is nice and even gave me a free scoop of vanilla ice cream.I ordered the savory rice roll and it was reheated from the microwave, half of it was hard as rock and not edible.The mango sago is also below average with few pieces of mango. I now understand why there are so many low ratings.Food is less than 1 star although service is 5 star.
The quality of food is so trash. I don’t recommend it. I got noodles with chicken and the noodles literally looked like those homemade ramen noodle packets..The desert wasn’t good either…. When we complained about our food the waiter got mad and said she can’t give the food to anyone else … maybe if the food was better quality we wouldn’t have this problem. Anyways after arguing with her she finally allowed it and didn’t charge us. Customer service is trash and same with the food save your money.
I ordered a Purple Taro Mylk to go.Later down the road I realized the drink wasn’t sealed properly and was leaking :(The tapioca pearls were also pretty mushy and cluttered together.The drink, however, was decent and it would’ve been a better experience in another case
A bit pricy, but they have a huge selection of entrees and desserts, and everything I have tasted so far is delicious ! Love the Japanese fried chicken and their cheesecakes.
Disgusting…don’t get the appetizers. Pork cutlet is so dry. Chewy as hell I wouldn’t even give to my dog as a chew toy. Plus it had a weird smell. Portions were rather small. Not the best experience as my friends also said their meals were terrible. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
The chicken was dry. The water cups were dirty. The water was stale and tasted horrible. Just like the chicken. They put a drop of sauce on the dry burnt chicken. I wasn’t $12.42 when popeyes exists. I do not recommend unless u lost ur sense of taste.
Shaved ice and egg waffle recommended. Nice to try their crepe cake, tasty but little expensive.

Great place! You gotta know what you're getting into when you come in though. They have an absolutely huge menu, but it's their shaved ice that is truly to star of the show. Their other desserts are also great, but if you order a traditional dessert there's a chance you may not like it. As for the food other than dessert, it's mosty just alright, I recommend sticking to the desserts.
The waiter didn’t allow us to dine in although we arrived around 30 min before closing and we wanted to order dessert only. We ordered two shaved ice for take out thinking that one isn’t enough for one person, we got two huge shaved ice plates. The waiter never warned us that one should be enough for two persons.
