Very friendly, attentive and fun staff. Everything is always fresh and the attention to detail is great. I go out of my way to go to this Subway over more convenient locations. Would recommend!
This is the Best Subway in Ottawa. The bread is Always so soft and baked perfect!! The people that work here are so polite and the place is clean. Something about this cute subway is just cozy. Thanks Guys for the Perfect Sandwich ?

Amazing service and I really loved how the sandwhich was so fresh and in perfect shape. I have never seen anyone wrap it so neatly. The ingredients were fresh, bread was fluffy and sauces were amazing too.
Shout out to the subway at 911 Richmond Rd. I went in yesterday and they overcharged me on the order (like an extra sub worth about $10). I filled in their feedback form and within an hour the owner contacted me, apologized and emailed me a $10 credit (turning a bad experience into a good one). Lots of small business owners could take a lesson here!
