Worst subway ever had. Came on 4th july around 9pm. That girl had so much attitude. She was on the phone the whole time while making our food. If your employee does not want to work just don’t make her work.0 customer service0 food0 for the girl working. She need to learn some manners
Miss or hit here. Food isn’t bad, but as others have said it does feel like it’s always rushed when they’re making the sandwich and it just gets slapped together with a sense of urgency. Also as others have said, staff can appear demoralized like they’re not really there
Loved when they still had 2 for 1 after 7pm but still a nice place
Makes a sub that looks like it was run over by a dirty truck, and then has the audacity to have a payment machine that asks if you what % tip you want to leave. At Tip? Seriously? It's a Subway?
It's much better now they have a huge sign for parking and very busy at lunch time.
Had one of the best made subs 4/8/22.Not sure who was working as my husband brought them home but one of the best subway subs I have ever had. Perfect portions, perfectly toasted.
Best subway in ottawa, i usually go there on weekdays because i work nearby. Both of the girls who are working after 6:00pm they are very nice. Excellent customer service and i seen from last one month same girls are on the store and the deal buy one get another for $1 is the best.
The service wasn't the friendliest,from the two girls working that day. I asked the key for bathroom and it was like: their english is not that fluent, or simple they refused it! I bought my dinner that day.
Lady working there helped me a-lot to get what i was looking for and everything was good.
Went in and said hi, trying to be nice and never got a response.......I don't know if they were having a bad day but it wasn't my fault.....Horrible experience
