Delicious food and outstanding service! Staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending options for our first time! We tried the baja fish tacos, mango shrimp tacos, and fish n chips. All items were so tasty and ingredients were very fresh. We will be returning for sure :)
The flavour of the food here is simply delicious!!! The Baja fish is such a nice change of pace and the quality of freshness for all ingredients is top-notch. I will for sure be returning here! *prices are fair, but I wouldn't want to see them increase anytime soon. 5 stars!
First time here and definately not my last. Everything was sooo fresh and delicious from the Fish tacos, Peri Peri Chicken Bowl to the Fish and Chips. The price is a bit on the high side but you get what you pay for. Too bad they ran out of the Soft Shell Crab Bowl....that'll be next. Enjoy!!
Amazing food the owner Sumit was amazing and prepared the food onsite. The tacos were extremely fresh and crisp. The poutine cheese was very creamy and melted perfectly with the extra hot gravy. The fries were fresh cut. 10 out of 10 would recommend the tacos and poutine. I told him he was my first time and he even toss some extra fish on my poutine for-free
My wife and I saw the reviews stating “best fish tacos ever”. Of course we were immediately “hooked” (sorry just had to)We ordered 2 fish tacos each. I believe somewhere near the end we fought over what fell on the parchment paper. We ended our meal by literally giving the staff a round of applause! I kid you not. It was that good!Heading back tomorrow for taco Tuesday & Thursday, where any taco is $4. Can’t wait!
Food is delicious! They were very busy when I came to pick up my food so it was a bit behind schedule (which is fine honestly, I've worked in restaurants before and don't hold that against them because I know it can be impossible sometimes). When I opened my food at home it was missing some items so I had to go back to collect them. Service was very polite but considering I had to drive back with 3 kids in the car it would have been nice to be offered a coupon or something for next time.
Got the Jerk Chicken bowl and it was the definition of average. The food was fine, a little pricey (price didn't match the website), similar to a sit down restaurant price but that's typical of 'healthy bowls' these days at the these fast casual spots. The cashier/server was very friendly. The atmosphere was weird with some dirty tables (despite there being no one there). All in all, it was fine. If there's something on the menu that interests you, I suggest you try it out.
I have visted this palce in 2022 for like 100 times Becz its awesome in food taste. I would also say not much of load on pockets as well as food is pretty much under budget. Try out the Mango Shrimp Taco and Buffalo Chicken Taco. My personal Favorites!!!! Awesome Staff Services. They have variety of Poutines as well out of which my personal favorite is "Perogy Poutine"??. I would recommend peple trying out for the best.
Best tacos. Amazing service. We drive an hour each way just to get dinner. Everyone is always so friendly. Can’t say enough good things.
I have been going to the Streats Kanata location for around 3 years. Everything I have ordered there has surpassed my expectations and is always fresh. They even batter their fish in front of you. There is a lady at this location that I would say demonstrates the best customer service I have seen in all of Ottawa. She is incredibly nice, great attention to detail and can handle everything in the store alone with ease. They don’t get the credit they deserve, amazing menu and customer service! 6 stars!
