Never had an issue with food quality and friendly staff. This is the only Russian food store we shop at in Ottawa.
Great selection of European style delis and other grotheries. Can get all you need for your typical groceries list except fruits and vegetables.. Good service.
They sell a lot of products without Food label requirements, produced by nobody knows when and by whom. Many products are sold out of the terms of consumptions. Strongly not recommended.

If you are looking for eastern European foods then this is a good place to shop, however if you're looking for more western product selection is miniscule

Messy tiny store. Buckwheat is there 5$/kg, when in other stores I buy it at 3$/kg. Big difference! Everything else is just as pricey. It's so unpleasant to see such mess in Canadian store in 2021.
