Was beautiful out so I sat outside and enjoyed a chai tea. Will try the dragonfruit cold drink I sampled, next time. On a negative note, missing a push plate but having a psscode on the washroom door is in poor taste at best! Kind of ableist, actually. ALL of your washrooms (ALL locations I've tried) lack pushplates! Pushplates and an unlocked washroom door are CRUCIAL aspects of complete acceptance of your customers!

This place is outstanding and staff is very quick. I have ordered online through uber eats. I got my order very quick within 10 minutes. I ordered grilled cheese and chai tea. Both of them tastes great. I highly recommend this place.
This starbucks is my favorite! Food and drinks are good as always, but what really sets this location apart is the staff, who are always attentive and friendly. Especially Iftin, who always greets me with a smile and friendly demeanor, and makes my drinks just right! thanks to you all for brightening my mornings!
The staff here was simply amazing this morning. I had an order that accidentally got sent to another location and they fulfilled it anyways. Home Hardware Staff member in the area and usually have a weekly Sunday order. My only regret is not taking down the names of all those that helped especially the young man who got my order started.
Ordering ahead on the app is useless. It says it’ll be a 6-8 minute wait but it’s really a 15-25 minute wait. I’ve had to cancel my orders multiple times since they do not have enough staff working. I’m not sure who decides what the wait times are but they are extremely off. I feel bad for the staff who are completely over worked and it is a smaller store so they do not have room for more staff. Whatever is causing these delays/wrong wait times - they need to get it sorted out.
The Starbucks I go to is a dream. The orders are perfect. The staff are friendly and there's even some good conversation. Starbucks has a new way to pay with reloadable gift cards. If you pay for your coffee with it, you can get free refills for your entire visit. I suggest you check it out
I was walking up to the door the other day and a young man just outside the entryway decided to forcefully clear his throat, and then spit on the ground. This is absolutely disgusting behavior under normal circumstances, but things aren't normal, and why is it so hard to keep your bodily fluids contained until you reach the restroom?? The worst part is, the young man who slimed the walkway, was the one behind the counter to hand me my coffee! I didn't even want to take it, but times are tough, and I wasn't about to leave a $10 coffee behind. Nice conduct in front of your place of employment.
