Very helpful staff when loading Starbucks gift card into app.
Ordered a mobile order went to the store watched people that came in after me with mobile outers get their order and it took 30 minutes and me asking twice to get my beverage. Your system is not kind to people.
This Starbucks has the sweetest, most friendly, and most efficient baristas! They handle rush hours phenomenal, and always with a smile. My fiance and I love this location, highly recommend it for any time of the day, for all your caffeine needs!

They have two washrooms at this location with combination locks on them. It is in an upscale neighborhood. Only one is open as the baristas keep one reserved for themselves. Seems that they don't care about their customers as only having one washroom for the store is totally inadequate as sometimes people take a long time in there or it was closed for some reason. I don't know what the girls who work here are thinking. They have had the washrooms like this for months.

Fastest service, spectacular customer care! I love this Starbucks, it is for sure in my top 3 in the city of Ottawa!My son loves being there as well, they always welcome him to order for himself, and are extremely patient as he counts his own money when he wants to pay as well!A few extra treats here and there in his goodie bags is always an amazing surprise ! It is very clean, well kept, and they are very inclusive!Customers definitely come first at this location!
