I am pleasantly shocked. It's one thing that it's a nice interior with comfy chairs, but in my memory, there has never been a time where I had a barista come up out of the blue and offer me a refill of my coffee. Princess was the one who came, and such a lovely server. I really don't even know what to say to such unheard-of kindness. I will say this: if this is anywhere near characteristic of the businesses in this neighbourhood, it's time to get as far away as possible from the centretown establishments (my other reviews give a picture why, esp. the Elgin McDonald's)... I'm going to have to come back with my wife sometime (she'll surely be equally amazed)...
I always loved this starbucks but I have to give a nice Thank you for Erin and Steven for helping me today. I have a diabetic mom and always wanted to give her something nice to drink from starbuck but today I finally found what i am looking for thanks to Erin and Steven for recommending me the sugar free Vanilla coffee frap which i never knew there is such thing, so I will definatily come back for this and I appreciate the help guys.Keep up the good work ???
I would give a higher rating because the staff is great, but I hate that they get their dairy products from Neilson, the company with the worst business practices and ecological pirates.
One of my favourite Starbucks in the city; nice ambience, excellent service, a large seating area and great people watching!
Great customer service and excellent selection but the prices have gone up drastically. I bought a latte, orange juice and a breakfast sandwich and it was close to $21.
The staff members are awesome! Really great attitudes, are happy to accommodate to my food intolerance. Overall good experience with a good atmosphere!

Friendly staff and good starbucks coffee. Doesn't have that much seating space but is great for a quick grab and go kind of thing.
