Did my first order with the Starbucks app... my order was all over the place (litterally, i had to look all over for the pieces of my order)... since it was my first time, i wasn't sure how it worked and was greeted with rudeness from the staff. Maybe they don't get tips this way, but I certainly didn't feel like giving them a tip then... so no cream or sugar for the coffee (since I didn't know that is what you did)... when I asked if I could have some, she said no, you have to order it from tge app.
It was ok, not a fan of the coffee but it was late and it was this or some other swill.
Straight up forgot the main item In the orderAt $8 a drink, I'd expect them to pay attention a bit more. But you know.. hipsters
I come here because Gracie, Raz and Arie are freaking awesome and are always happy baristas and make the best coffees in Ottawa. Someone needs to give these ladies a raise!
Starbucks just lost my business for life. They don’t respect medical mask exemptions and have arbitrary policies that make absolutely no sense. Starbucks doesn’t deserve my business yes I have to order on the app and wait outside in the snow to be served.
Went to get the free holiday cup with my purchase of a peppermint hot chocolate. Starbucks employee refused to give me the cup even through it states on the website that this drink is eligible for a free cup?? Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they didn’t have a bad attitude about it..

Slowest, dumbest cashiers/front staff I've EVER seen. Barristas are great, but they're always idle cause the front staff walk away from lines and stop taking orders to restock the chochkis.Today was last straw, won't be back.
Bad, bad service from very grumpy, unpleasant barista ladies. Cannot be compared to excellent service you get at US Starbucks or even the one down the road on Bank close to Home Depot. If you don’t like ppl and you work in customer service, change jobs!
