Person at the cash was ridiculous. Asked for them to warm up an oat bar (which they do at every other location I have been to) girl told me no she couldn’t that it would start a fire. If you don’t want to warm it up no problem but to tell me it will cause a fire ?Took a very long time to get order as well

Friendly staff consistently at this location. Due to COVID I go through the drive thru. I have had instances of slow service, even while using mobile order. Drinks are always tasty & hot.
Extremely un-pleasant experience, even after raising order delay issue to branch manager, no action was taken to expidete it. I ordered a simple coffee and had to leave without my order and without refund. Got 'you can go' response from the manager. Also, #1 overall Starbuck business process require improvements, there is no 'Notes' section in the mobile app(should note take more than few days for IT to develop), therefore a simple 'americano with steamed coconut milk' can't be ordered through the app and requires order in store. #2 The priority if orders is defined based on order creation time, regardless of order type(mobile, drive thrugh or in store), which results in line of people in store waiting for their orders but many orders are waiting for their mobile customers. We are in 2022, those issues should have been resolved in previous century!
Today my coffee was not drinkable not sure what they did wrong but was disappointed when I got home. And the line up at the drive thru was very slow.
I get that tasty drinks take time but this is by far the slowest Starbucks location in the city! 20-30 plus minute wait everytime without fail.
Honestly some of the kindest and most friendly staff here! They were so accommodating this morning. They were SO BUSY in the drive through, pick up orders and in store orders. They remained calm and kind. I had an appointment to get to and didn’t think I’d need more than 10 minutes but I waited 20 minutes. I ended up asking the young guy at the register where I might be in the cue and he helped get my order pushed up. I was still late got my appointment but I really appreciated the customer service and accommodation. And bonus, my drink was great despite the rush. Thank you!
Sloooooooooooooooooowwwww.... Been waiting for over 30 mins for 2 drinks, come on Starbucks if Tim Hortons can turn orders around in less than 5 than so can you.
