The worst drivethru experience of all time, always has to wait for 30 minutes if not longer to get a coffee… management really need to do something about this kind of service! It supposed to be quick !!!!!
SUPER SLOW! you can expect to sit through the drive thru for 30 mins, but also when you go inside you can be waiting 20 mins for one cold beverage.
tried out a new order and to say the least Nida killed it!! I will definitely be coming here often. the baristas are well trained and all very accommodating!!
Pretty sure this is the slowest drivethru in the city. Came 3 times, just in case they were having off days, each day I waited more than 30 minutes for my coffee. Drive to a further Starbucks, you'll receive your order quicker, even including the driving time.Adding: for this particular visit, by the time I got to the window I had been in line for just under 50 minutes. When I joined the line there were only 8 people in front of me. When I got to the window I sat there for 5 minutes before they even opened the window to let me pay for my coffee.
This is the least efficient Starbucks I have ever been to. Longest wait time I’ve ever experienced in this drive thru, every. single. time. Drinks are usually good but everytime I make the mistake of getting trapped in the drive thru, I spend the next half an hour that i’m stuck in it regretting it.
Staff here are so great! My husband told the staff it was his birthday and they wrote this on the cup! Didn't notice until we got home but it made his day a little brighter :) plus the drinks are always so well made and delicious!
Nice staff but always get my drink wrong. I make very little customizations and every single time it’s missing something or completely wrong. This happens more often with mobile orders and uber eats orders. Genuinely upset.
This is the slowest drive-through I’ve ever experienced. Once before I had to leave without my order after waiting 40 minutes. I’m up to 15 minutes now , and counting.
I started going to this Starbucks recently when my office moved and it is the best one in Ottawa. Their wait times and supply shortages are no different than any of the others locations… we’re still dealing with a pandemic. The staff are always kind, positive and helpful. I have often witnessed them go out of their way to make sure customers are happy.
Its absolutely enraging how these people operate this location. You come in and stand around watching them serve people in the drive thru who got here after you, preparing mobile orders for people who are not even there yet. No consideration for walk in customers
