I either get the best drink ever here or something kinda satisfactory. I’m not sure if it depends on who is making it or the time of day. The staff are overall friendly but during busy times it seems overwhelming - I would be too with the drive thru, take out and long line. My mobile order was on the counter for about 10 minutes while I was there (it was not next to my name on the receipt) but they were way too busy filling out other orders and the line to figure out.
Clean...busy...( I know..both eh?) And well staffed!! Great team of super friendly people. Well managed!Great coffee! They are building relationships with the community one...cup ..at a time ?5 Stars. Well done Team ?
ordered a dragon drink and got this! i got told they had no more dragon fruit and that it would still taste the same but they were wrong it’s completely watered down and taste terrible im totally disappointed as starbucks isn’t cheap!
Asked for a tiny bit of cream and half of cup of coffee is cream. It’s completely milky, I specified twice « just a bit of cream please » and the barista who took the order just don’t seem to care what I said. Disappointing way to start my morning.
I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location! I would like to give special thanks to barista Mitch. He was so friendly and gave exceptional customer service. While he was making my drink, he kept up lively conversation with me and made my order exactly how I wanted it. Keep up the great work, definitely willbe back again!!!
We ordered 2 breakfast items and we got no napkins. One of the coffees had not sleeve so was to hot to grab specially driving.
Had an amazing experience at this starbucks, Patryk was my barista and he was the best ever! Seriously went above and beyond to connect with me and made my drink perfectly!
This location hovers between 3 and 4 stars. Sometimes the staff are friendly, and other times not so much. I find my lattes are always an inch/an inch and a half from the top instead of filled up at all other locations.
Never have I ever been treated so poorly at a Starbucks. I accidentally ordered my drink to the wrong Starbucks and when I realized I apologized and asked the workers what I should do they replied "go to Greenbank" like I was stupid, I was at work on my lunch break and have no car so that was physically impossible. They kept telling me to go to the other store and I asked nicely if she could make it for me here and she looked at me like I was crazy, rolling her eyes at me and was so rude about it told me she isn't supposed to be doing this because all the Starbucks are different. I was very confused because I had ordered to the wrong store a couple of times before and they re made my drink happily with no issues. Extremely disappointing as I've had no issues with Starbucks before. I will not be returning to this location 0/10.
They are not very friendly, I order iced hazelnut latte and the whole thing was just ice and little milk. It tasted watered down
