We waited 5 minutes before interrupting staff and management to actually place our order. After that the staff was efficient, quick and helpful as this was my first time at a Starbucks.
I go here weekly. My favorite Starbucks. Always meeted with a smile. Great service!

Seems like no one showed up for work, the Starbucks is supposed to be open and there's a line at the drive thru but no staff on site. They just decided not to show up and not tell anyone
Can't order inside and won't let you walk through the drive through. If I could give more stars I would.
Too expensive for sub-par coffee. Most drinks are dessert in a cup, plenty great for your diabetes.

Service is ALWAYS slow at this location. Basic items are consistently out of stock. Customer Service at this location is below standard compare to other locations, staff are often rude and cranky.
I've only been through their drive thru a few times but always a friendly greetings and good coffee.I'm impressed how fast their drive thru is, lots of cars but they serve them faster than any other drive thru I've been to.
