Went to have wings at the Elgin location on May 10th 2022. We placed our order 6:15PM, one starter and each 1-2 pounds of wings (we were 5 people). At 6:50PM the waitress came by and told us the food would be up soon. At 7:10PM the waitress came by and asked the two individuals if they wanted refills on the their Pepsi. At 7:20PM the food was still not up. I got up to ask the waitress and she told me the kitchen never got the food order, basically they forgot to punch in our food. We were patient and said we would stay as long as they could prioritize our food. They said they could not do that. The excuses they gave us were that the patio was too busy which it was not. Inside the restaurant was empty. When asked if we could get some sort of compensation, she said we can give you the 2 Pepsis and the one beer for free. We tried to tell the manager that this level of service is unacceptable as we were walking out without having ate, and the manager was unresponsive and seemed like she didn’t care. Poor service. Would never visit this establishment ever again and would not recommend this to anyone.
Fries are awesome! Hotter than hell wings are super spicy if that's what you're into!
Food and drink was good but service was really slow. I would have loved to have another drink, more napkins (nachos and wings), and a glass of water but couldn't find the waitress anywhere.
Many guests were not asked for their immunization passport. Approached manager and he said he can’t help it if people sneak in. There was no one in front of restaurant checking for passport when I came in. Food was good but the lack of safety protocols made me feel uncomfortable. Will not be returning.
I did take out last night for chicken tenders and I got the most disgusting pieces of chicken. It was rubbery, not well cooked and just thrown in a box without the sauce even on it. The fries were also old and overcooked. It looks like this does not care what they give to their customers and I won’t be back.
Waitress was extremely rude to me when I showed her my ID as diligence. Been sitting here for 45 minutes without having my food order be taken. Horrible service by the skinny blonde waitress.
Lovely patio, amazing wings and mouth watering onion rings with beer. What else do you need?!

Went here with a friend yesterday, got denied because my friend had a British Columbia proof of vaccination, fully vaccinated of course. We were told they weren’t allowed to take anyone that doesn’t have specifically an ONTARIO proof of vaccine because it’s the law. It’s not the law so kinda odd that they would actively choose to limit their customer base at this time. Would not recommend.
When we arrived, the hostess was really sweet and offered to accommodate us with either indoor or outdoor dining. Unfortunately, that's where our experience took a turn.I was served a completely flat beer, and wasn't about to say anything to the waitress because her demeanor was not particularly friendly to begin with. My girlfriend decided to politely point out the issue, and the waitress turned to me and started to argue with me with an unreasonably defensive tone. She really came at me sideways and caught me off guard. I told her everything was fine and said not to worry, and if I could have a glass of water instead.I did not want to engage in any conflict because I understand these workers have had to endure much during the pandemic. However, I definitely will not return here again.
