It was not a great experience. The staff seemed new. Didn't know how to work the till. The could open it so I was trying to just pay cash bit was told card only. However they did cook my food while they were sorting the till out. They were polite and apologized for the inconvenience. I also got there at 11 am when they had just opened.We got there in the end and I loved the poutine

So disappointing. Usually Smokes has good Poutine but this location has missed the mark. We ordered 5 different poutines and every one was bad. Not enough gravy, hardly any cheese curd. Come one guys, you make poutine, that’s all you do. You need to do better.
I used to like this place but my last experience was quite disappointing. The person working the order counter was rude and seemed annoyed to take my order. After opening my poutine box, I noticed that it was a very small serving (unlike past orders) and realized he gave me something completely different. Also, the place no longer accepts cash. Sad review but honestly disappointed in the service and food.

Great restaurant that represents Canada for its poutinerie--its basics the Subway for poutine. Made true hot and strong ready just the way you wish freely. Different meats, different gravy, and different dressings and sauces. From signature to DIY, its classic, orignal, and creative all at the same time and you pay for a filling meal, c'mon dawg, better than its other competition (chipwagons have some rivalry but I'd say it's an unfair comparison if you asked me ;)Also got other items on the menu that's potato related such as perogies and tater tots, and other items like corndogs and chicken bites.
Only bacon and chicken available, kind of lame with everything on their menu. Poutine was cold, fries old, now I understand why it took 2 mins to get my order. The fries and gravy was so cold the curds didn't even melt and tasted rubbery. Person at cash not wearing a mask and no plexiglass on side counter where debit machine is.
The Cheese is spongy and doesn't taste like mozzarella. Gravy has a slightly soapy taste. the fries are good. Next time I would just order the fries with ketchup
this is place use to be awesome and today I order online over uber, a poutine with extra cheese and I got a normal poutine with no extra cheese and got charge for it. Quality as dropped.
Delicious poutine variety. Loved ever bit!! Must try.
