I keep coming back for more of their BBQ Chicken, Bacon and Avocado on egg bread. Always fresh sandwiches and always prompt and courteous service. The wait is very short and always worth it. Could not ask for a better sandwich experience! and they have a variety of complimentary salads and deserts. A definite Go To in the Preston street area.
We both had the bbq chicken bacon avocado sandwich on egg bread with the potato salad. It was very fresh and tasty and the Sherwood sauce was excellent. The service was quick and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely come back!
They have an assortment of products to get you out of a jam, like coffee beans for your office. The sandwiches are very hard to beat. You would be hard pressed to find a better sandwich for the money.

Knows his clientele, but he's been doing it so long don't expect him to run. Once you know the staff, they are gems. Slow and steady wins the race with this one! I get my groceries here. The reason because: it is close by to where I live, the downside is that the prices are marked up a bit compared to other grocery stores. The selection is good enough that this is the only grocery store I need to go to — take it with a grain of salt though because I’m a university student at Carleton and my diet basically consists of only hotdogs and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches; obviously not as much as your supermarkets. It also offers take-out sandwiches, an ATM, a newspaper stand and a coffee station which is nice. One thing I should mention is that this store is open til 10 P.M. except on Sundays, I say this because I only get groceries around 6PM to 10PM (late in the day) when there are less people around which is to my convenience.
Nice old school deli with modern choices. Chicken bacon avocado sandwich was tasty with chunks of avocado. Pasta salad was tasty as well. Affordable prices.
Best vegetarian sandwich I’ve had in a while! Soft bread, perfectly seasoned, fresh ingredients. Will definitely be back.

On Feb 12 at 9:30pm, one employee asked what sandwich I wanted and gave my order to the other employee. She told me they stop making sandwiches an hour before closing. This is mentioned nowhere in store, the online ordering was available, and the deli counter was open which makes me think that particular employee just didn’t feel like working. It’s fine if you don’t want to work, but just don’t lie to me. I took a detour to come to this place only to find that they aren’t reliable.
