Wow _ first time experience! Amazing good. Good service ?and staff is super friendly. Clean and lots seating. Had mix shawarma(huge portion), chicken kebab!!Highly recommend when in YOW. Definitely will visit again. Thanks for delicious food. ?
Outstanding shawarma here! Fast friendly service and super fresh ingredients.***They have free medjool dates on the counter while they prepare your sandwich!! ?My only negative is the paper used to wrap the sandwich disintegrated too fast so you have to eat fast and watch the bottom so you don’t end up wearing it.It was one of the best shawarma sandwiches I ever ate!!
Our family loves Shawarma Palace. We were used to go to other locations but not anymore. The Orleans location is without a doubt the best location of all to dine-in, spacious, large tables and still the great food. You can't go wrong, plates are generous & delicious and as always, plenty of food! Always a line up but we don't mind waiting, it always worth it.
I'm not one to do reviews often...This is AMAZING!!!I got the chicken shawarma platter.Before I even opened it up, I knew right away that this wasn't normal. It felt like 5 lbs of food.When I opened, it looked like it felt. MASSIVE portion.It tasted like it looked too.I was so impressed, I wanted to write this and give someone else the confidence to get it.
I was excited about having "Shawarma Palace" come to Orleans as I've always loved the generous portions and tasty fresh ingredients from Rideau RD and Bank St. locations. It's very unfortunate that this Orleans location makes you the smallest shawarmas I've personally had, and charge you premium dollars. I figured perhaps one of the chefs was new, so tried again the following week and was once again very disappointed. Nice place but portions not good.
I love this new location , so beautiful with nice high cielings. The seating is also nice. Was a huge line when I went but they go fast. They plate multiple at once and pack each plate with a ton of food. You know it’s fresh when they are super busy and the food was absolutely fresh and delicious!
First time eating from Shawarma palace (Orleans) and had to share how delicious the entire meal was. Garlic sauce isn't overwhelmingly garlic like so many places, beef and chicken were delicious and tasteful, and Shawarma was a perfect balance of veggies and not tons of sauce dripping out! Wanted to give kudos to the restaurant, well done!
The best Lebanese food ever tasted. The food was fresh, very tasty and the portions are just out of this world. We took the chicken player. Phenomenal food. Staff are awesome. Thank you for opening your Restaurant Orléans, Ont.
The best in the Palace chain yet! Spacious, clean and bright. I liked how there are different table arrangements to suit the different size groups. Got a mixed platter and it was delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is up for a great tasting shawarma because it's worth the trip to Orleans.
Amazing food, large portions and great service. Feel lucky to have this restaurant in my area.
