Two star because they failed at the one thing a shawarma place has to get right, and that is their chicken shawarma. It's very dry and it's tasteless. I made the same mistake of ordering from there again because it's the only non-junk option in the plaza.Today it tasted like something and it wasn't chicken, which makes me think it was stale. The beef was pretty good though.
I haven't tried their chicken or beef, but I had a serving of small potatoes with garlic for lunch, and my goodness, best garlic sauce I've had in Ottawa! It is creamy, potent enough, and delicious! The potatoes were excellent as well - flavourful seasoning and good consistency.I will be returning to try the shawarma :)
Be careful of their price, they might over charging you for nothing and increase the prices for no reasons.food is not that much Tatsey, other restaurants are much better in Ottawa

Always frest made -to-order shawarma. Service is fast and friendly. Ingredients are fresh and delicious
I know people get their shawarma fix here, which is really great; however I like their broast chicken. Only catch is that it takes 45mins to prep
Restaurant does not enforce mandatory face coverings. Considering its a shawarma place with all the ingredients exposed I'd reconsider eating here.
I didn't have the pleasure to experience the dine-in aspect of the restaurant, however, the take out process was smooth and quick in comparison to other shawarma spots.Offering a wide selection of items and toppings, I was surprised to find such a lovely location which was situated in a town of less then 10000 people.The beef and chicken shawarma were excellent, but the star of the show has to be the garlic potatoes.
Such an awesome and caring staff! I always order the same modified item and they never fail to deliver. Highly recommend!
