My family and I went to the dueling pianos and the performers were AMAZING!!! The service and food was absolutely awful...our waitress would never come back to the table so we would constantly have to get up to get her or wave her down and she would still basically ignore our table but she would check on all the other tables. She was not friendly at all, very rude with lots of attitude. Once we finally got her to come to the table to get a second round of drinks and food, it took an hour for the food to come and the one order was wrong so we didn't even reorder because it would've taken too long and the food was cold and mediocre. She also forgot about some of our drinks so we had to ask other servers who were much more friendly to get the drinks. Would mot recommend that restaurant .
Went for a dueling pianos show. Music was amazing, servers were great, manager was not. They put us at a small booth with another group (is this allowed during covid?), then moved us to the bar after we said we were not comfortable/they realized there was not enough room (we paid for a table in advance fyi). Said they would pay for our drinks to make up for the error and then refused to when the bill came. Honestly have never experienced anything like this before. Would not definitely not go back.
Had a great time, the dueling piano show was very good. The drinks were awful...draft beer was flat and warm, we then had rye and ginger ale...and again the ginger ale was flat. The show was great but the drinks sucked big time.
Decent place with good view on the ByWard market. Wings & fries are way overpriced for the quantity and quality. Beer is good. I wasn’t there for a Sens game for maybe the full experience wasn’t there
We dropped in for a drink on our way home. Server carne quickly at first to take our order for the drinks. We then waited for about 15 min before we saw him again, just to be informed that last call for the kitchen was about 30 min ago. We managed to get some kettle chips, but I wish they would have told us that there is no more food for the day. Not sure what they put on those chips, but I never ate anything saltier. I had to down half a bottle of water after. Then it took us another 15 min to wave down the waiter to pay. Not an experience I have to repeat

Yuck. Think stale beer smells and disconnected staff.
Server was nicefood and cleanliness is a huge issue. Screwed up nachos which is basically impossible
We went for a drink only; it was fine.
Great atmosphere, staff was great. Highly reccomend
