I you come to Ottawa, you must eat here ! The pizzas are delicious and the owner is really kind. While we were waiting, he talked with us and give us a few advices for our trip. You need to eat there (I choose the Ricardo’s special and it was excellent) ??
Word's cannot describe my love for this place! I have been coming to Ricardo's for years and they have never disappointed me! Their specials are such a great deal and the food is always top notch. Ingredients taste real and so FRESH which is hard to come by these days! The owners, as well as staff, are all very kind and friendly. Supporting a local business like this is the best thing I have ever done :) See you next week Ricardo's!
Terrible place. Service is some of the worst. It says on their menu 2 cans for free on $22+ food orders but at $32 we were told it wasn’t possible. Then after we pay 37$ for 1 lbs of wings and a small pizza they tell us we should’ve ordered a medium cause there’s a special and it would’ve been $28 for medium pizza and wings plus 2 cans for free. Why didn’t they tell us as we ordered but only when it’s too late ?Now if the food was amazing it wouldn’t matter ? But it’s awful. The pizza is bland, nothing tastes like anything and the sauce tastes like iron.Garlic bread is lazy and okayish.Wings were stale.Place looks dirty.
Incredible pizza, we had the Ricardo special and it was delicious. Staff was very friendly, would definitely eat here again.
Pizza was nice and fresh. I walked in and had to wait only 15 minutes for a small (4 slices). There were no deals so they charged extra for the dip and drinks. When I was shown the total it seemed too high for just a small pizza and pop and a dip so I asked about it and the cashier “recalculated” and it was much less than the original “price”. Anyway that was a bit shady.. but the pizza was good and convenient for a quick bite.

A friend introduced me to this heavenly place and I will say I am addicted. It is one of the best pizzas ive ever eaten in my life. The crust is a combo of crispy and chewy, toppings are generous and the cheese is plentiful. This pizza reheats so well the next day and its hard to stop eating it. The fact its a family owned local business makes it even more enjoyable to support.
Best pizza place in all of Ottawa!!! I have lived here all my life and have tried every pizzeria I can find, the rest don't even compare to this place. Their food is absolutely amazing, I have tried almost everything on the menu so far and I have not been disappointed. The service is also fantastic, the people are great to talk to! During pick-up orders, I have not waited more than 15 minutes and deliveries are fast and quick as well! The taste is absolutely amazing, everything is made in shop from the dough to the sauce to the cheese, all ingredients are cut fresh daily and the orders are made right in front of you! What more could you ask for! You can call in and place an order for pick-up or deliveryUpdate: their poutine is to die for with the gravy made in-house!
Pizza was awesome. The owners took the time to talk while I waited for my pizza even though they were obviously very busy. Super friendly, clean and yummy‼️
Best pizza and wings I've had in a long time. I'm here for the convoy and found most places were closed. They delivered in a timely manner and were very nice to deal with. The creamy garlic sauce is homemade and absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back!!
