This coffee shop is by far the highest quality in drinks, coffee, and treats. However, the service is always terrible and always has been. The staff are not friendly or helpful and orders are sometimes wrong but it is not a comfortable enough environment to ask for it to be fixed. I keep coming back for the quality but I feel like the service should be improved to match the quality of the items they sell.
This third wave café is a must in Ottawa! The quality and originality of the products, the incredible and super creative employees and their involvement in the community make us want to go back. A great place to get quality coffee and unique products. It is really worth the detour!
One on the best bakeries in the National Capital Region, hands down ! Fresh products, great variety, generous portions. The ice cream truck is a true gem and a must during summer. Their lattes (especially the matcha latte and honey lavender latte) are excellent. The service is friendly, professional and makes the customers feel welcome.
Red Door Provisions is an unmatched gem in Ottawa. Calling it a coffee shop alone is a major disservice because it is so much more! Wine, beer, baked goods, dinners to go… they do it all and they do it to incredibly high standards! Add to that a selection of the best damn coffee in the city… you can’t go wrong here.Also, they have incredible safety measures in place, which are so appreciated especially when bringing unvaccinated little ones!
Fantastic cafe with the kindest staff. The drinks are on point and in the summer if you can get your hands on the gluten free dairy free ice cream sandwich you’ll be doing yourself a favour. It worth the drive across the city to come here
This is where my husband and I come to treat ourselves. We have made it a small tradition where if it’s a bones day and we are in the area we stop at red door for coffee and pastries. Their maple cinnamon latte was an absolute treat and a personal favourite. My new favourite is the caramel apple latte. Seriously red door can do no wrong. The real kicker is being able to order their pastries from their site to have at home.

I love this bakery/cafe! Their treats are indulgent and never boring. I always look forward to their new offerings each season and holiday - they are like a cherry on top of life! Important to me during the pandemic, I like to seek out businesses that adhere to the current restrictions to keep myself, my loved ones and their staff safe. Really shows they care.The only downside is... That I wish I lived in Beechwood so they could be my neighborhood bakery :)
I've always had a great experience at this local cafe. Amazing, Helpful and patient staff are always willing to help me with all the questions i have on all the specialty coffee that comes in. My kids love the wide selection of treats and cookies you have... And we loved this summer the addition of the Ice cream truck... Thank you for always evolving and moving with the times... Can't wait to come back and grab some more treats and coffee for the family
My favourite neighbourhood coffee shop! Not only is the staff super friendly (They're like my water-cooler peeps for a work-from-home person), but their coffee is superb as is their selection of goodies. I can always learn about new beans and brews as well. My favourite is the Honey-Lavender Latté and the Beechwood Grilled Cheese. If I'm having a pastry, I love the Spinach-Feta Puff pastry. Highly recommend checking this place out, they're the best!
