Horrible customer service. One of my friends was going to drink boba for the first time, and she ended up not even getting her drink. There was an error in our order, even if we clearly told the employee what we wanted, and that isn't even the worst. That employee was extremely rude to us whenever we asked questions and even when we politely asked where was our order. We were in a rush, my friend didn't get the drink that we were all so excited for, and we left, deceived by our experience. Don't go there, if you want to calmly enjoy your boba with friends.
Great service, and the drinks are quite delicious. Also, there are many locations, which makes it quite convenient.
Had the chance to try this bubble tea place! Definitely recommend the Oolong Dragon Milk Tea with Tapioca, I drank it hot but I am sure cold tea would be amazing as well! I have also tried the Mango slushee, bonus: get it with real mango chunks! it’s sooo yummy, tastes so tropical!! ?
Made it there a few minutes before close, but they had stopped taking orders early. I’d understand if it was a restaurant or if I had a big order, but I just wanted two slushes.
I had my first bubble tea at this location, the service was prompt and the employee kindly suggested options as I wasn’t sure what to get. Loved it!
Got a large milk tea with pearls. Easily the worst bbt I’ve had in town. It’s cheap for a reason.
Really rude employees who treat you like you’re stupid for asking questions. Drinks are also not worth the price compared to other bbt chains

I had a bad experience with a employee there. She is disrespectful and when I asked her if the mango slush is fresh or frozen she got mad and gave me a very cold response. Unprofessional I will never buy from them again!!
