Amazing wrap and super delicious lentils soup

Good service and atmosphere, food was good. Drinks disappointing and pretty pricey

Let me start by saying that I am not Vegan but really enjoy trying different kinds of food and went I discovered that restaurant 2 years ago, I've been going regularly. Their dishes are really tasty and fresh. If you're still skeptical about vegan/vegetarian food, this is the best place to give a try! You won't be disappointed.

The food is always out of this world and the staff are friendly and happy. I always recommend their food to out of town friends visiting Ottawa!

I'm honestly quite gutted that I feel the need to write this review. My husband and I have always considered Pure Kitchen as our favourite restaurant in the city. We've been eating at Pure Kitchen for five years now, and in the past year, once a week, we order takeaway from them because we love their food and want to support them through these times. However, unfortunately, the food quality and attention to detail are not the same.We both order the buffalo cauliflower wrap with a side of fries. One wrap with one modification: +cheddarHere are a few things we've noticed over the past few months that we're sadly disappointed by:- The amount of fries per serving is extremely inconsistent. Some weeks we get a massive serving, other weeks, we get a handful.- The wraps themselves are not wrapped tight enough; when you take the paper off, the wrap begins to fall apart and creates a mess.- The cauliflower has been undercooked and pretty tough.- The wrap with the modification is often not marked, so we often don't know which one has the cheddar cheese addition. We love Pure Kitchen, and we really hope we can come back to the reviews in a bit and amend this review to the five stars the restaurant deserves. We're just a bit disappointed in what we've been receiving recently, and we truly hope this review can help for future orders.

Been to this place several times. The food has been generally delicious, nutritious and good quality, so five stars there, this is the main strength of the place. Not amazing, but solidly good. Service is hit-and-miss, but generally good. What really detracts from the experience, and the main reason I've stopped going, it the pretentious feel which permeates these restaurants and the whole pure "yoga" franchise. The subtle shiny, superficial, smug vibe of people who take themselves a little too seriously.

First of all, don’t get me wrong, the food is tasty. That’s what the 2⭐️ are for. I ordered the brave broccoli and radical half and half appetizers to share with one other. When I opened the containers at home, it looked like the broccoli had been half eaten, 7-8 little pieces lined the bottom of the bowl, along with a way more healthier portion of cashews cheese. ($16)The half and half cauliflower wings were like a half and a quarter, with one quarter of the mild flavour missing. ($18)I ordered directly through their website, gave a 20% tip($5.76), and drove the 1.2mi to pick it up. Like always, for me personally, I’m met with so much attitude that I leave again reminded why I avoid the place. When will they ever change? ?‍♀️ I rather drive the 8.4mi out to the Kanata location, where the service and food portions are great!

Friend and I enjoyed an unhurried lunch, I with the fried cauliflower wrap & buffalo sauce with mixed-greens salad, and my friend with the falafel & hummus wrap with half salad, half fries. Good wines and craft beers available. Tables are partitioned with wood-framed plastic barriers. Pleasant service.

Clean, well lit and good atmosphere. Barriers between tables to maximize on space while maintaining safety of patrons. The staff were friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Good sized portions.10/10 would recommend.

Wow! I had a phenomenon experience here. Great food that was fresh and bursting with flavour. Highly recommended.
