I love Pure Kitchen and the food is always delicious, but I was incredibly disappointed in the new menu. It's half the size of the old one and a TON of their best options are gone... including my favorite - lentil soup. No one could tell us why the menus changed. I get that some things are seasonal but the menu is so limited now compared to their old menu. I will second guess returning here.
We ordered a burger with poutine and “fantastic noodles” drove out to pick it up & they actually forgot to include the noodles in the order so we had to split the burger and poutine. The burger was cold & smushed - the poutine was soggy. The order was $87 -w 2 drinks & I’m not even kidding. They did not offer to make it right after calling them. The refunded just the noodles but not the total cost of the order. They did not offer to bring us what they forgot so won’t be ordering from them again.A lot of money for a lot of disappointment.
Awesome vegan variety of different flavors, Nice waitresses, any combination of non-custom order update possibility, long lasting oil mixed brewed coffee, free water in a glass bottle, affordable prices are some of the pros. Asking “is everything ok? Do you need any thing else” like questions in short intervals are a little interrupting are some cons
I want to start this review by saying I love Pure Kitchen, am a regular customer and have been for years. My favourite vegan restaurant to go sit and eat at, but their takeout portions time and time again are way less superior than in person dining. Especially for sides. If you want pure kitchen, don’t get takeout. Go and eat there. This goes for all locations.
A great meal amongst friends who struggled to pick what we wanted for lunch only due to soo many delicious options. I choose the baja themed bowl & the other, the noodle bowl. Each were uber delicious, large & filling. We are super motivated to return for in-space dining or takeout. A great local find after being to the downtown location. Service was great & timely.
We have visited this restaurant over the past few years and make an effort to have lunch at this spot. We love the ambience, the food and truly appreciate the lengths that Emily goes to make our visit so pleasant. Take the time to try their food...you won't be disappointed. Thank you.
I can't believe I haven't rated this place yet! One of the Pure Kitchen locations that's a bit further from the more central locations but super convenient for west end vegetarians and vegans. It's got a nice atmosphere ans is very modern, clean, and spacious. Good selection of food options, lots of healthy choices, delicious desserts, and nice local wine, beer and juice beverage choices. What more can you ask for! :)
Truly delicious food that even non-vegans with a desire to eat healthy whole foods can enjoy. Servers are attentive and genuinely kind. We had warrior bowls, the chilli soup appetizer and a carrot cake slab. You realize how nutritionally dense, good food can be when you eat at Pure Kitchen. Food presentation is aesthetically pleasing.Fantastic place that we will visit often. Oh, staff is also very respectful and meticulous with Covid protocols, they wear their masks unlike some other places where it's a struggle seeing staff wear masks under the nose often enough to be a concern.
We ordered for a birthday family dinner. Everything came but one meal (a wrap and poutine). We called and did not get our missing meal that we had paid for for over an hour. The next day the manager emailed us a gift card and heartfelt apology which we greatly appreciated! The food was absolutely delicious!!
Im not a vegan, but their cauliflower wings are to die for. Very good lentil soup as well.
