Bubble Tea

The drinks are absolutely delicious when I pick them up at the store. The only downside is that they are pretty darn expensive to say the least. There free Wi-Fi inside a lot of space to sit down. The staff is not nice or mean… just neutral. Not a lot of smiles or anything.I would definitely recommend for the taste but not so much for the price and the vibes.

I grew up with bubble tea in my hands and this place ( hopefully not the whole franchise) is not up to basic standard. ?$6.99 for regular and $7.99 for a large. Bubble tea is simply brewed black tea, milk/ cream, and boba ( large black tapioca ). I only order same basic bubble tea everywhere, so I can compare from one place to another. This location’s tea is weak to start and they put too much ice in the cup which dilutes it even further. ( for little ice request on a 23 degree evening). Most importantly, their boba was way too soft…….. ?。maybe it is because we ordered it after 9 pm and the batch of boba had been sitting for too long!?Overall, low quality drink and exorbitantly priced. However, they do offer seatings in the back. Basic furniture but not bad for comfort on the low profile plastic lounge seats with Ikea tables. Fresh « clean » cushions would be a great plus on those seats. ?

I loved the selection. English speaking staff. Fast service. The area is crawling with heavy drug users and parking maybe difficult.

Downtown location. Hard to find parking. But good strawberry salted cream series

I was trying to find a place to use the washroom for an emergency and they DENIED me access to the washroom. They claimed there are no washrooms, but that's FAILS because the only way to open a restaurant is to have washrooms.

Ordering in advance would be recommended as each of their teas are brewed fresh for each order. Huge variety of tea selections and add ons. I would like to try everything they have but the list keeps going on and on.

My favorite bubble tea place! Price seems to be similar to other places, maybe a bit less expensive given their larger size.

Nice delicious drinks, and they also offer dine in.A nice place to study, but half of the plugs aren’t working, and it’s pretty dim inside.Their mango slush M5 is one of my favorite!

My go to bubble tea spot on Rideau street! They always change up their menu and have new things for the holidays. My friends and I love coming here and with the price you get a pretty big drink which is worth it. If you are new I suggest the fresh mango drinks. Absolutely delicious ☺️

I bought 3 cups of drinks. When I arrived hotel, two of them were broken top to bottom. The service was good, but the quality of the cup really disappointing.
