I wish I could give less than 1 star. They used to have good food, but not anymore. Their quality is going down every single day. Today they gave me disgusting food with raw chicken. The other location of this restaurant is actually quite good but this one in Saint Lauren Mall is horrible. If they keep their quality at this low standard they might be forced to close by the health department.
Waited 15 minutes for an order only to be told it was not ready! Left and came back in 10 minutes.. then one of the cooks (disgusting looking person with tattoos all over ker neck) rolled her eyes at me and said, not ready yet without looking at me!Stay away———After i refused a $10 gift card from the owner (because i am not looking for compensation, but only looking to be treated with dignity), the owner is threatening me to escalte this with uber!
This is my first time trying at Poulet rouge, the price and the portions of food is not worth it to spend. Also, the rice was smelled I believe which is old rice and I ordered spicy chicken but the chicken was not even spicy. I am not going back. Not satisfied With the food. What I expect and what I got is different. Not happy at all …

I love poulet rouge and always order through ubereats and usually don’t have a problem, but today I decided to go to the store and get my order and it was not a really good experience. The store was really messy and the customers can see it all, poor customer service, looks like all of them are having a bad day, and the one grilling the chicken are busy talking to his friend while cooking not surprised that my chicken was burnt. There should be someone supervising the employees and check what’s happening in the store.
Fresh and flavourful, this grilled chicken is worth the trek. There are multiple flavor combinations when creating a bowl, and the staff can point out good potential combinations. Side note, the owner is an absolute delight. Go say hi.

A different type of enjoyment when it comes to chicken and fresh ingredients. Was surprised to see such a nice and tasteful restaurant in a shopping center. Prices are great and serving is huge. I couldn’t even finish my bowl. Would highly recommend this spot if you are shopping here.
Amazing food and really good staff
My first time ordering here it really is tasty and healthy I wish for a much bigger container and more chicken on top because I have to order 2 of them it's not enough for me I really only want to order 1 large with lots of chicken without paying extra already pricey
