I love your products. My whole family loves your teas. Great customization options, great beverages!Here's the thing, though. Twice in the past week I was in your store when a customer came in, waited a minute, then left. They saw that there was only one person manning the store and decided to leave when they realized it would take 5 minutes or more to get a tea.I suspect you would make more money with two people manning the operation. I will keep coming and waiting as long as it takes, but I hate to think you are losing customers because you only have one (hard-working) employee running the show. Business will probably pick up in the summer; I hope you invest in your business and staff the place better...you will make a lot of money this way!
One of the best bubble tea locations in town!!! Tapioca is perfect not too chewy and not too hard!!! Staff is amazing. They’re friendly and welcoming!!! You won’t regret coming here!!!
Ordered two drinks tonight. The first was a regular milk tea which tasted super perfumey, and the other was a double chocolate milkshake that was basically just chocolate chunks in icy water. Yuck.
Super impressed with this little place in South Ottawa. Pearls were perfect, not too chewy yet not falling apart. Staff was kind and patient as I perused the menu. This location has a different varieties than other popular bubble tea joints in the city. Would definitely go back here before a main stream competitor. Friendly staff delicious product thumbs up.
Pricing is very good and my drink tasted great I'll definitely be buying from here again
Have been coming here since I moved to Ottawa the staff always have an amazingly positive attitude and are so welcoming I don't know the name of my favorite staff member but I have been letting her choose my drinks and she never lets me down but always offers to take care of the price if I don't like it they've made me feel so welcomed and I love them all so much and I suggest them to every single person I know please give them a shot you will not regret it I promise❤
Best bubble tea shop in town! Great selection of drinks. I would eat from here again. Service was good as well.
This shop is one of the newer independent bubble tea shops in Ottawa. Most brand name shops are pretty bland and meh. This shop actually uses real fruit in many of their drinks to give it some extra quality flavour. The tapioca pearls are perfect in texture and flavour. It's one of the few shops that offer milkshakes with tapioca toppings. They have all the popular flavours and add ons. The decor is very nice. The store is always clean. Customer service is 5 stars. They have a cheese topping with at first sounded really weird but is surprisingly tasty lol.I would definitely recommend this shop.
Definitely amongst my favourite bubble tea shops. They have a great selection of fruity and classic bubble teas. Decent selection of toppings. The staff and management are friendly and quick. Even with the usual line up, service is fast and convenient.
I have been coming to this place a few times now and I’m in love with a few of their drinks I recommend their honeydew milk tea and their brown sugar milk tea
